PORTAL BROMO | LUMAJANG – Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Lumajang, Cak Thoriq dan Bunda Indah melakukan kunjungan ke OPD yang ada di lingkup Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Lumajang, kegiatan tersebut dilakukan setelah Senam Kesegaran Jasmani (SKJ) Jum’at (28/9/2018).

Bupati Thoriq masuk ke kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Lumajang, Bagian Pembangunan, Bagian Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa dan Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Lumajang. Sedangkan Bunda Indah melakukan kunjungan ke Bagian Humas dan Protokol, ditemui Kabag. Humas dan Protokol didampingi Kasubag Pemberitaan dan Kasubag Peliputan.

Saat di Diskominfo, Cak Thoriq menanyakan tentang pengelolaan web pemerintah, serta melihat peralatan dan perlengkapan yang ada. Ia meminta pengolahan dan diseminasi informasi lebih dioptimalkan.

Ketika mendapati ruangan kerja yang relatif sudah rapi dan tertata, Cak Thoriq berharap agar kondisi tersebut dipertahankan dan tetap dijaga kebersihannya. Meskipun terlihat sepele, hal itu menurutnya dapat menunjang kinerja pegawai.

“Meskipun banyak kertas (dokumen,red), bagaimana caranya kertas – kertas dirapikan, kalau butuh rak, di gudang pendopo banyak,” ujar Cak Thoriq.

Sementara itu, Bunda Indah meminta Bag. Humas dan Protokol agar tetap melakukan koordinasi dengan Diskominfo terkait penyebarluasan informasi kepada masyarakat. “Nanti lakukan koordinasi dengan Diskominfo karena tupoksinya saling terkait,” ungkapnya.

Pada kesempatan itu, Bunda Indah sempat menyinggung pentingnya komunikasi dan informasi. Ia menilai city branding perlu digencarkan untuk pembangungan ekonomi daerah. Apalagi saat ini perhatian masyarakat sudah bergeser pada media sosial.
