Probolinggo, Portalbromo – Undang sejumlah media Wali Kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin pamerkan sederet penghargaan yang dianugerahkan untuk Kota Probolinggo sepanjang tahun 2019 di halaman Taman Wisata Studi Lingkungan (TWSL), Rabu (18/12/2019).

Habib ( sapaan walikota Probolinggo ) pun mengungkapkan rasa syukur dan terima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang telah banyak mendukung kemajuan hingga meraih sejumlah prestasi dan penghargaan.

“Capaian kinerja ini begitu luar biasa. Karena seperti yang sudah menjadi komitmen kami berdua, bahwa apa yang sudah baik akan terus kami pertahankan. Dan, apa yang masuk kurang dan perlu dibenahi akan kami benahi,” ujar wali kota dari PKB ini.

Total 16 penghargaan mulai dari tingkat Provinsi hingga Nasional berhasil diraih, berikut kutipanya :

1. Penghargaan Adipura
Penghargaan tersebut diberikan kepada Kota Probolinggo merupakan bentuk apresiasi dari Kemeterian Lingkungan Hidup untuk Kota Probolinggo, karena Kota Probolinggo terus meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan persampahan, lalu meningkatkan kualitas Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kawasan Perkotaan (RTHKP).

Penghargaan tersebut diserahkan oleh Wakil Presiden RI Jusuf Kalla kepada Sekda Kota Probolinggo dr Bambang Agus Suwignyo mewakili Wali Kota Rukmini, di Auditorium Dr Soedjarwo Gedung Manggala Wanabakti, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, Senin, 14 Januari 2019.

2. Penghargaan Akuntabilitas Kinerja
Penghargaan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Tahun 2018 dari Kementerian PAN RB dengan predikat nilai BB.

3. Penghargaan Kearsipan
Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo kembali menorehkan prestasi di tahun 2019. Penghargaan di bidang penyelenggaraan kearsipan dengan kategori baik diterima Wakil Wali Kota HMS Subri dari Kepala Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) Mustari Irawan, Rabu (27/2) di Hotel Pangeran Beach, Padang, Sumatera Barat. Penghargaan tersebut merupakan apresiasi dari ANRI kepada Kota Probolinggo yang sangat baik dalam penyelenggaraan kearsipan

4. Penghargaan WTP
Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo kembali meraih opini wajar tanpa pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK-RI). Kepastian ini didapat setelah Wali Kota Probolinggo, Hadi Zainal Abidin dan Ketua DPRD Kota Probolinggo, Agus Rudiyanto Ghaffur menerima laporan hasil pemeriksaan atas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah tahun anggaran 2018 dari Kepala BPK RI Perwakilan Jawa Timur, Harry Purwaka di auditorium BPK RI Perwakilan Jawa Timur, Jum’at (17/5).

5. Penghargaan Kota Layak Anak (KLA) Madya, Komitmen Pemkot Probolinggo memberikan pemenuhan hak anak kembali diapresiasi. Pemkot setempat diganjar Kota Layak Anak (KLA). Jika sebelumnya berpredikat KLA Pratama, kini naik jadi tingkat Madya.
Penghargaan itu diterima Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin dari Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) Yohana Yembise, Selasa (23/7) malam, di Four Points Makassar.

6. Karya Terpilih Indonesia Enterpreneur TIK 2019, Diberikan kepada Siskia Pro Cantik milik Dinas Kesehatan Kota Probolinggo kategori Public Sector dari Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia pada 10 Juli 2019.

7. Siskia Pro Cantik Mewakili Indonesia pada ASEAN ICT AWARD 2019, Siskia Pro Cantik mewakili Indonesia dalam ajang ASEAN ICT AWARD 2019 yang berlangsung di Vientiene, LAO PDR

8. Penghargaan Riset and Rating Kota Cerdas Indonesia 2019, Kota Probolinggo meraih penghargaan pada ajang Riset & Rating Kota Cerdas Indonesia (RKCI) dari Institut Tekhnologi Bandung (ITB) kategori Rating Lingkungan Cerdas (Smart Environment)

9.Penghargaan  sebagai Pemerintah Daerah yang Berkomitmen Tinggi terhadap Pengelolaan Inovasi Administrasi Negara. Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo kembali menorehkan prestasi di kancah nasional. Kali ini, Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN) menyerahkan penghargaan kepada Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo sebagai Pemerintah Daerah yang Berkomitmen Tinggi terhadap Pengelolaan Inovasi Administrasi Negara.

Piagam penghargaan diterima Wali Kota Probolinggo Hadi Zainal Abidin dari Kepala LAN Adi Suryanto, di Kantor LAN Jalan Veteran, Aula Prof Dr Agus Dwiyanto, di Jakarta, Selasa (6/8).

10. Penghargaan UHC
Penghargaan tersebut bentuk komitmen Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo yang mendukung tercapainya Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Program JKN KIS tahun 2019. Penghargaan itu diserahkan oleh Deputi Direksi Wilayah Jawa Timur Handaryo di sela apel Hari Jadi, di halaman kantor wali kota, Rabu (4/9).

11. Penghargaan WTN, Penghargaan tersebut sebagai bentuk apresiasi dari  Menteri Perhubungan kepada Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo yang  dinilai telah melakukan tata kelola transportasi yang baik. Bertempat di Jakarta Convention Center, Menteri Perhubungan RI Budi Karya Sumadi menyerahkan penghargaan kepada Wali Kota Habib Hadi. Terpilihnya Kota Probolinggo sebagai salah satu penerima penghargaan WTN itu sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan RI Nomor KM 180 tahun 2019 tentang penetapan kota/ kabupaten dan provinsi sebagai penerima penghargaan WTN tahun 2019

12. Penghargaan PPID Award
Kota Probolinggo berhasil meraih penghargaan PPID Award, pada Kamis ( 28/ 11 ) malam. Wakil Wali Kota Mochammad Soufis Subri menerima penghargaan secara langsung dari Komisi Informasi Publik Jawa Timur di Novotel Samator East Surabaya Hotel.
Penghargaan yang diterima Kota Probolinggo adalah kategori Badan Publik Menuju Informatif Kabupaten/Kota Se-Jawa Timur. Kategori ini diberikan kepada Kabupaten/Kota yang peringkat PPID nya mencapai nilai 80 sampai dengan 96 (kategori B ). Nilai untuk Kota Probolinggo sendiri sebesar 93,4.

13.Penghargaan Top 25 Kovablik  Se-Jatim, Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo berhasil masuk jajaran Top 25 Kompetisi Inovasi Pelayanan Publik (Kovablik) se Jawa Timur. Kedua inovasi itu adalah ‘Tabung Beras’ Gapai Sanitasi Dasar Tuntas, garapan UPT. Puskesmas Jati, dan Mengungkit ‘Kademangan Bangkit’, Terbetik Kampung Tematik, garapan Kecamatan Kademangan.

Penghargaan tersebut diterima oleh Wakil Wali Kota Mochammad Soufis Subri dari Gubernur Jawa Timur, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Selasa (3/12) di Hotel Bumi Surabaya.

14. Penghargaan East Java and Tourism Award, Kota Probolinggo berhasil meraih penghargaan dalam bidang pariwisata. Pada jumat malam kemarin ( 6/12 ) dalam acara East Java Tourism Award 2019 yang di helat oleh Dinas Budaya dan Pariwisata Provinsi Jawa Timur. Acara yang berlangsung di Hotel Harris and Convention Gubeng Surabaya.. Gubernur Jawa Timur langsung memberikan penghargaan tersebut kepada Wakil Wali Kota Probolinggo.

15. Penghargaan Zona Integritas Menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi, Kecamatan Kademangan sebagai Unit Kerja penerima zona integeritas menuju WBK (Wilayah Bebas Korupsi) / WBBM (Wilayah Bebas Bersih Melayani. Penghargaan ini diterima oleh Camat Kademangan, dari Kementerian Pemdayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, tanggal 10 Desember 2019 di Jakarta

16. Penghargaan Kota Peduli Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), Kota Probolinggo dinilai sebagai Kota yang peduli akan pemenuhan hak asasi manusia. Untuk itu, Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo menerima penghargaan Kota Peduli Hak Asasi Manusia dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia diterima oleh Wakil Wali Kota Probolinggo, tanggal 10 Desember 2019 di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat.

Meski begitu, Habib juga menegaskan bahwa tujuan utamanya membangun Kota Probolinggo bukanlah untuk mendapat penghargaan. Tetapi bagaimana supaya warga Probolinggo bisa semakin sejahtera.

“Terima kasih kepada semua warga Probolinggo yang selama ini mensupport program-program Pemkot Probolinggo. Penghargaan ini tidak membuat kita berhenti, karena tujuan akhir bukan untuk mendapatkan penghargaan,” pungkas Habib.(Mr.)
