portalbromo.com – Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja (Disperinaker) Kota Probolinggo memfasilitasi layanan dan konsultasi mobil desain kemasan produk (modeska), pada kegiatan Penyusunan dan Evaluasi Rencana Pembangunan Industri Kota/Kabupaten, bagi pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM), Rabu (22/2), di Rumah Batik Mastrip.

Salah satu peserta, Fadila, mengaku bersyukur karena ada fasilitasi dari Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo. Karena, menurutnya, giat tersebut sangat membantu dirinya sebagai pelaku IKM.

Selain agar produknya naik kelas, akunya, ia juga bisa memasarkan produknya secara luas mengingat produknya sudah mengantongi izin.

“Harapannya bagaimana produk saya bisa dikenal semua orang, dengan kemasan yang unik juga, sehingga pastinya itu menjadi daya tarik orang untuk membeli produk saya. Kesan pertama suatu produk itu biasanya terletak pada kemasannya. Setelah itu baru tertarik membeli dan mencoba rasanya. Nanti ada bantuan bikin kemasan juga, mungkin,” ujarnya

Bersama rekannya, Mar’atus Shaliha, mereka mengaku menggeluti usaha produk makanan minuman itu sudah lama dan berharap kegiatan ini berkelanjutan. Sehingga bisa membantu pelaku IKM lainnya memperbaiki desain kemasannya agar usahanya bisa lebih berkembang.

“Kalau bisa jangan berhenti sampai disini. Tapi juga pada fasilitasi pembelian kemasan. Karena di rumah kemas, harganya ini masih mahal,” keluhnya

Menjawab keluhan IKM, Kepala Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo Budiono Wirawan pun mengaku siap dan akan menindaklanjuti dengan mengajukan perihal dimaksud pada pos anggaran Disperinaker yang akan datang.

“Masukan yang bagus ini. Memang ini juga yang menjadi rencana kami ke depan, untuk menindaklanjuti seperti apa yang menjadi harapan pelaku IKM. Agar giat ini juga tak lantas hanya sampai disini saja,” ujarnya

Ia menambahkan, kemasan mampu menambah nilai bagi konsumen jika sesuai dengan fungsi kemasan itu sendiri. Seperti sebagai tempat yang sesuai dengan daya muat suatu produk dan juga menjadi identitas pembeda dengan produk lain, sehingga konsumen yakin untuk membeli.

Sedikitnya 20 pelaku IKM tampak serius mengikuti kesempatan ini dengan membawa harapan bisa menambah daya saing produknya, sehingga pangsa pasarnya semakin meningkat.

Dalam sambutannya, pria yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Asisten Administrasi Umum (Asdum) itu juga menyampaikan bahwa tujuan dari giat ini adalah untuk memberikan bekal pelajaran bagi para pengusaha mamin lokal di wilayahnya dengan berkolaborasi dengan UPTI Mamin dan Kemasan Disperindag Jatim.

Selain itu, menaikkan kelas IKM, menambah wirausaha baru di masyarakat sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Probolinggo. Sehingga acara semacam ini akan terus diinisiasi.

“Kami ingin IKM bisa naik kelas dengan kemasan produknya yang menarik dan berdampak pada meningkatnya omzet penjualan. Selama ini mungkin kemasan mereka masih alakadarnya, nah dengan adanya kegiatan ini harapannya bisa menambah daya saing suatu produk sehingga pangsa pasarnya meningkat,” katanya

Satu per satu pelaku IKM pun konsultasi seputar kemasan produknya ke petugas, yang sudah siap melayani sejak sekira jam 10 pagi.

Rupanya, sebelumnya, puluhan IKM ini sudah mendaftar. Mereka yang mengikuti kegiatan itu sudah memiliki izin usaha, mengantongi nomor NIB, PIRT serta label halal. Mereka konsultasi di mobil layanan yang ada di halaman kantor baru itu.

Perwakilan UPTI Mamin dan Kemasan Disperindag Jatim Sidik Purnomo mengatakan pihaknya bisa membantu para pelaku IKM yang masih kebingungan dalam menentukan konsep desain untuk kemasan produknya. Termasuk pelaku usaha yang belum memiliki izin, pihaknya juga siap membantu dan memfasilitasi.

“IKM bebas ingin berkonsultasi apa saja, misal ingin bentuk kemasan yang seperti apa, desainnya atau mungkin bagaimana agar makanannya dikemas bisa lebih awet, mau dicetakpun monggo. Itu bisa ditanyakan langsung dengan petugas yang menangani. Kami fasiltasi untuk rancangan desain kemasan sampai jadi kemasan,” jelasnya

Pria yang akrab disapa Dodik itu mengatakan Kota Probolinggo menjadi kota pertama di awal tahun 2023 yang melaksanakan program ini.

“Yang mengawali program ini, Kota Probolinggo. Saya mengapresiasi dengan kemudian menghubungi tim untuk bisa datang hari ini,” ucapnya

Dari 38 kabupaten/kota yang ada di Jawa Timur sendiri, ungkapnya, baru beberapa daerah saja yang melaksanaan program ini. Sehingga ia berharap, Kota Probolinggo menjadi kota berikutnya yang ikut serta menyusul keseriusan dari giat ini. Dan mampu meningkatkan pendapatannya, sehingga bisa mengangkat nama Kota Probolinggo.(mj)
