portalbromo.com – Dalam rangka perayaan Hari Jadi Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo ke 662 Kota Probolinggo di Puri Manggala Bakti, Sabtu (4/9) malam. Pemkot Probolinggo terus berinovasi guna berikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat. Gelaran acara dilaksanakan dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan disaksikan secara virtual melalui media sosial Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo.

Wali Kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi ZA yang hadir bersama istri Aminah, anggota forkopimda, Sekda Kota drg. Ninik Ira Wibawati, serta sejumlah undangan terlihat antusias menyaksikan penampilan tarian pembuka yakni Jaran Bodhag sebagai kesenian khas Kota Probolinggo, pembacaan puisi dan pantun oleh siswi yang memenangkan lomba.

Ketua Panitia Hari Jadi ke 622 Kota Probolinggo Budi Krisyanto menyampaikan peringatan hari jadi sebagai wahana dan media untuk mengucap syukur atas terselenggaranya roda pemerintahan di Kota Probolinggo, yang telah berjalan baik, serta didukung kondisi masyarakat yang aman, guyub dan rukun.

“Tujuannya untuk menggerakkan segala kebersamaan dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja untuk mewujudkan Kota Probolinggo hebat dan handal. Merawat komitmen dan menjunjung kebersamaan budaya masyarakat Kota Probolinggo, meningkatkan edukasi masyarakat dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan mewujudkan upaya percepatan ekonomi Kota Probolinggo,” paparnya

Malam perayaan Hari Jadi Kota Probolinggo semakin semarak dengan pembacaan surat terbuka yang dibawakan oleh Aimar Fitrah P.S dan penayangan ucapan selamat oleh Menteri, Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Gubernur Jatim, dan sejumlah kepala daerah di Pulau Jawa.

Sebagai puncak acara, Wali Kota Habib Hadi melaunching 4 aplikasi berbasis digital yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengakses pelayanan publik yaitu Portal Emas (Probolinggo Smart Digital Melayani Mayarakat), Si Ijol (Sistem Informasi Ijazah Online), ADM (Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri), dan aplikasi screening jantung di RSUD dr. Mohammad Saleh.

Aplikasi Portal Emas yang digagas oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika merupakan aplikasi pemrosesan permohonan terpadu yang digunakan oleh kelurahan, kecamatan dan dinas terkait secara relevan serta diakses secara online. Portal emas dilaksanakan secara serentak di 5 kecamatan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan proses pelayanan administrasi yang mudah, cepat, transparan, akuntabel, dan terintegrasi secara real time dari tingkat RT, RW, kelurahan dan kecamatan.

Pada aplikasi ini masyarakat dapat mengajukan permohonan surat keterangan kelahiran, surat kematian, surat keterangan usaha hingga surat keterangan berkelakuan baik hingga lainnya yang berada dalam satu wadah secara online.

“Akselerasi waktu pelayanan menjadi keunggulan dari aplikasi ini. Jika sebelumnya proses permohonan membutuhkan waktu 2-3 hari maka dengan aplikasi ini permohonan yang diajukan hanya membutuhkan waktu 40 menit. Rencananya sebanyak 1.228 Ketua RT dan RW memperoleh bantuan paket data sebesar 8 GB setiap bulan mulai bulan Oktober hingga Desember,” urai wali kota.

Lalu Mesin Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri (ADM) yaitu mesin pencetak dokumen kependudukan secara otomatis seperti kartu keluarga, akte kelahiran, akta kematian, akta perkawinan, kartu identitas anak dan KTP elektronik. Dengan hanya memindai QR code atau memasukkan pin yang didapatkan melalui aplikasi go online atau SMS dan email Dukcapil Kota Probolinggo. ADM diharapkan menjadi terobosan inovasi pelayanan publik guna memudahkan pelayanan masyarakat dalam memproses dokumen kependudukan.

Aplikasi ketiga yang diresmikan adalah Si Ijol (Sistem Informasi Ijazah Online) sebagai inovasi sistem berbasis digital, web dan android yang mengendalikan porses penerbitan ijazah mulai dari pendataan, penulisan, pengarsipan hingga pendistribusian ijazah sehingga pemantauan progresnya dapat diakses oleh siswa, orang tua, sekolah, pengawas dan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan secara online guna mencegah penyelewengan dan pelanggaran terhadap dokumen ijazah.

Keempat adalah aplikasi screening jantung oleh RSUD dr. Mohammad Saleh yang merupakan aplikasi berbasis digital yang memberikan layanan kegawatan jantung dan mudah diakses dengan akurasi dan diagnosis yang tepat serta cermat. Masyarakat dapat berkonsultasi dengan tenaga kesehatan tentang gejala yang dialami terkait jantung.

“Saya nyatakan keempat aplikasi resmi diluncurkan dan dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat. Semoga dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh masyarakat demi terwujudnya Probolinggo hebat dan handal,” tandasnya.(hum/mr)
