portalbromo.com – PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) melalui program Pengembangan Kapasitas Usaha (PKU) menyelenggarakan studi banding yang bertemakan “Studi Banding Produksi Rengginang” kepada 10 orang nasabah PNM Mekaar yang berkolaborasi dengan Nasabah Inspiratif BRI dan PNM yang bertujuan untuk menambah ilmu dan wawasan terkait dengan produksi rengginang di Workshop Diana Indah Situbondo, selama dua hari sejak tanggal 18-19 Oktober 2022.

Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Muda Peristia, selaku Pemimpin Cabang Probolinggo, Erni Margayanti, selaku Senior Specialist Divisi PKU, Diana dan Sholehuddin, selaku Owner Workshop Diana Indah Situbondo.

Untuk PNM sendiri kegiatan studi banding sebagai sarana PNM dalam memantau perkembangan nasabah atau nasabah naik Kelas dan juga menjaga dan meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah dan bisa memberikan kebanggaan menjadi nasabah PNM.

Peserta studi banding berasal dari 5 nasabah PNM Probolinggo, 2 nasabah PNM Jember, 1 nasabah PNM Tulungagung dan 2 pendamping (PIC PKU) Muda Peristia selaku Pemimpin Cabang PNM Probolinggo mengatakan, “Pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu dari tiga modal yaitu modal intelektual yang diberikan oleh PNM bagi nasabahnya.

Dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ultra mikro dan UMKM, PNM memberikan tiga modal yaitu finansial, intelektual dan social. Kegiatan studi banding ini merupakan modal intelektual berupa pelatihan pendampingan dari program Divisi Pengembangan Kapasitas Usaha.

Diharapkan nasabah yang diundang dapat meningkatkan pola bisnis yang ada disini untuk di impelmentasikan di daerahnya.”
Pada hari pertama peserta diajak ke tempat nasabah inspiratif BRI yaitu Workshop Diana Indah, milik nasabah BRI itu sendiri.

Pada kegiatan kali ini para peserta melakukan sharing session dengan ibu Diana dan Bapak Sholeh, ia berbagi pengalaman bagaimana awal mula menjalankan usahanya dari nol, memberikan semangat kepada ibu-ibu PNM Mekaar agar tetap semangat karena semua butuh proses, setelah itu mereka melakukan diskusi ringan, apa saja kendala dalam berbisnis dan bagaimana cara menanganinya. Setelah itu, seluruh peserta diajak berkeliling untuk melihat proses produksi rengginang mentah dan siap saji didampingi oleh team BRI dan PNM.

Dalam wawancara, Diana, selaku pemilik workshop mengatakan, “Saya mendukung program PNM PKU dalam kegiatan studi banding ini untuk sharing tentang kendala dan strategi pemasaran, bahwa pelaku usaha harus mempunyai mental dan bertanggung jawab, dan terus berkembang.” katanya

Hari kedua peserta diajak mengunjungi rumah BUMN. Disana dilakukan diskusi juga dan melihat produk-produk loka milik nasabah perusahaan-perusahaan BUMN. “Sebagai penutup, salah satu peserta studi banding Tulungagung yaitu Ibu Supriati melalui wawancara ia mengatakan.

Sebagai informasi, hingga 19 Oktober 2022 PNM telah menyalurkan pembiayaan sebesar Rp 146.96 T kepada nasabah PNM Mekaar yang berjumlah 12.9 juta nasabah. Saat ini PNM memiliki 3.507 kantor layanan PNM Mekaar dan 638 kantor layanan PNM ULaMM di seluruh Indonesia yang melayani UMK di 34 Provinsi, 422 Kabupaten/Kota.(mr/*)
