Probolinggo, portalbromo.com – DLH kota Probolinggo mempunyai kegiatan positif dalam penanganan sampah, adalah GOSS (Gerakan Operasi Simpatik Sampah) dimana kegiatan tersebut untuk mengedukasi warga yang kedapatan buang sampah sembarangan.
Dalam acara Monitoring dan Evaluasi kegiatan GOSS di hadiri Kepala DLH Budi Krisyanto, Kabid P2KLH Sulhan serta para mitra peduli lingkungan antara lain Papesa, KPL, Forum Peduli Sungai, Babinsa dan Pol PP.
Dasar pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut mengacu pada Undang – Undang No 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup dan program kerja DLH kota Probolinggo tahun 2019 pada Kegiatan Pembinaan dan Sosialisasi Lingkungan.
Kepala DLH Budi Krisyanto menyampaikan, kegiatan ini sebagai pengawasan dan edukasi sosial terhadap penyimpangan Perda kota Probolinggo Nomor 5 tahun 2010 tentang pengelolaan sampah dalam bentuk GOSS.
“Rencana tindak lanjut atas beberapa pelanggar yang tertangkap tangan buang sampah sembarangan, tim GOSS akan tetap lakukan pengawasan dan edukasi, juga berkelanjutan berikan semangat kepedulian dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan,” papar Budi
Lebih lanjut ia mengatakan, akan melakukan publikasi hasil kegiatan melalui radio suara kota dan media informasi lainya, mitra lingkungan dalam hal ini yang di pelopori Papesa berencana melakukan aksi GOSS secara mandiri untuk lebih mengoptimalkan edukasi terhadap masyarakat.(tim)
