portalbromo.com – Apresiasi Wali Kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin bagi petugas penanganan Covid 19 kali ini direalisasikan dalam bentuk pemberian insentif bagi tenaga non kesehatan dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya yang bekerja pada UOBK RSUD dr. Moh Saleh. Acara yang digelar Jumat (10/12) pagi, di Ruang Edelweis rumah sakit itu sekaligus digelar peresmian IPAL (Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Limbah) dan operasional ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy).

Dalam laporannya, Plt. Direktur UOBK RSUD dr. Moh Saleh dr Abraar HS Kuddah menerangkan bahwa dana insentif sebesar Rp 180.200.000 ini diberikan untuk 152 orang karyawan. “Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan etos kerja bagi tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terbaik guna mempercepat penanganan pandemi Covid19,” terang dr. Abraar.

Terkait peresmian operasionalisasi alat ESWL yang berfungsi untuk memecah batu ginjal dengan terapi gelombang kejut, Wali Kota Habib Hadi menyampaikan hal tersebut sebagai wujud komitmen inovasi bagi pelayanan kesehatan. Kini penderita batu ginjal agar tidak perlu lagi keluar kota untuk pengobatan batu ginjal. “Cukup di Probolinggo saja, sehingga bisa mengurangi biaya pengobatan, ini luar biasa,” terang wali kota.

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Habib Hadi juga menitipkan keinginannya kepada seluruh karyawan RSUD dr.Moh Saleh agar kedepan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat Kota Probolinggo. “Pelayanan tolong ditingkatkan, tolong ditertibkan dan komitmen di dalam pelayanan kesehatan harus betul-betul diutamakan daripada kepentingan dirinya sendiri,” harap Wali Kota Habib Hadi.

Selain meresmikan operasionalisasi ESWL, Habib Hadi juga meninjau fasilitas IPAL RSUD dr Moh Saleh. Wali kota meyakinkan masyarakat bahwa pengelolaan IPAL RSUD dr Moh Saleh telah lebih baik dari sebelumnya. “Kita lihat dari proses alurnya mulai awal sampai keluar, disitu kita lihat ada ikannya berarti kan pH nya normal semuanya itu menjadi harapan kita, perbaikan-perbaikan seperti ini harus terus kita lakukan,” katanya.

Salah satu perwakilan penerima insentif, yakni petugas pada kamar jenazah bagian forensik Hendra, menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih atas perhatian walikota kepada dirinya serta berpesan kepada masyarakat agar tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan. “Di masa pandemi ini lebih baik kita jaga diri, masing-masing orang harus punya kesadaran untuk bersikap lebih baik, bahwasanya pandemi ini adalah sesuatu yang harus kita perangi bersama,” terang Hendra yang memulai dinasnya pada tahun 2020 itu.

Usai pemberian insentif, wali kota menyempatkan melihat secara langsung proses pengobatan pasien batu ginjal dengan menggunakan ESWL serta meninjau sarana prasarana IPAL, didampingi oleh Asisten Pemerintahan Gogol Sudjarwo, Kadinkes P2KB dr.NH Hidayati dan kepala perangkat daerah terkait.
