Probolinggo, portalbromo.com – Untuk mewujudkan kinerja yang lebih baik Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kota Probolinggo serta menunjang konsep smart city, Wawali Probolinggo HMS Subri menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) jual beli tenaga listrik super premium dan super ultima dengan PT PLN (Persero), Jumat (19/7).

Acara tersebut dihadiri Manager Niaga PLN Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur Agung Surana, Manager PLN UP3 Pasuruan Agus Setiono, Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Achmad Sudiyanto.

OPD Pertama yang akan menggunakan layanan tersebut antara lain, RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh (baru atau lama) menjadi pelanggan layanan super ultima. Sedangkan Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) yang dikelola oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) serta cold storage yang dikelola Dinas Perikanan dan PDAM Kota Probolinggo akan menggunakan layanan super premium.

“Sesuai arahan Walikota, kami melaksanakan penandatanganan dengan PT PLN Jatim. Layanan ini lebih efisien kalau diperhitungkan dengan pengadaan dan pemeliharaan genset dan dijamin tidak mati dan berkedip. Sehingga alat-alat seperti komputer dan alat kesehatan di RSUD menjadi lebih awet. Kondisi ini sekaligus bisa menjadi daya tarik bagi investor terkait adanya listrik yang terjamin pasokan dan kualitasnya,” papar Subri

Menurutnya, RSUD, MPP dan cold storage membutuhkan pasokan listrik yang terjamin baik. Jika tidak maka banyak peralatan yang akan mengalami kerusakan jika dibiarkan terus menerus. “Ini terobosan baru, cepat dan efisien. Kegiatan-kegiatan besar di Kota Probolinggo nantinya juga akan di-back up oleh PLN agar tidak padam,” ujarnya

Setelah MoU, penggunaan layanan dapat segera dilaksanakan di masing-masing OPD sesuai aturan yang berlaku. Secara teknis, lanjut Subri, sambil jalan sesuai kebutuhan dan kesiapan masing-masing OPD.

Manager PLN UP3 Pasuruan Agus Setiono mengungkap, harapanya agar kerjasama ini bisa segera dimulai, mengingat Kota Probolinggo termasuk daerah pertama yang mengawali MoU teknologi kelistrikan ini.(wm)
