portalbromo.com – Bertempat di Aula Bakesbangpol, digelar Dialog Etika dan Budaya Politik Kota Probolinggo Tahun 2022 pada hari Rabu (9/3) pagi. Agenda yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang wahana demokrasi yang sesuai dengan etika dan budaya politik berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945 dalam rangka menghadapi pelaksanaan pemilu dan pemilukada serentak pada tahun 2024. Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Plt. Kepala Bakesbangpol Boedi Harjanto dalam laporannya.

Sebanyak 65 peserta diundang mengikuti dialog tersebut, diantaranya dari Ketua RT/RW dan anggota TP PKK Kelurahan se-Kota Probolinggo. Hadir sebagai pemateri yakni KPU Kota Probolinggo dan Bawaslu Kota Probolinggo.

Mewakili Wali Kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin, Asisten Administrasi Pemerintahan Gogol Sujarwo menyampaikan bahwa pendidikan politik melalui dialog etika dan budaya politik ini merupakan upaya untuk mewujudkan pemilu tahun 2024 yang kondusif serta aman.

“Tokoh masyarakat seperti ketua RT/RW dan ibu-ibu anggota Tim Penggerak PKK tingkat kecamatan dan kelurahan di Kota Probolinggo yang merupakan pemilih di tahun 2024 berperan aktif menciptakan suasana yang kondusif dan aman dalam pelaksanaan pesta demokrasi,” jelas Gogol.

Untuk itu diharapkan kepada seluruh peserta dialog agar turut menyebarluaskan semangat etika dan budaya politik yang positif. “Melalui kegiatan ini saya berharap kepada bapak/ibu agar turut memberikan dorongan motivasi kepada elemen masyarakat lainnya untuk menciptakan dinamika politik yang mencerminkan budaya dan etika politik yang dinamis dan demokratis,” terang Gogol.

Sementara itu, dari Divisi Teknis Penyelenggaraan KPU Kota Probolinggo Upik Raudhatul Hasanah membuka materi tentang Persiapan Pemilu Serentak 2024 dengan menyamakan persepsi tentang pengertian pemilihan umum. “Mekanisme pendelegasian kedaulatan rakyat pada peserta Pemilu level eksekutif maupun legislatif yang dilaksanakan setiap 5 tahun sekali secara luber dan jurdil serta beradab,” terang Upik yang dikutip dari Ramlan Surbakti.

Melengkapi paparan sosialisasinya juga disampaikan Upik beberapa informasi kunci terkait persiapan KPU menyelenggarakan pemilu tahun 2024. Diantaranya yakni landasan hukum, persiapan pelaksanaan, persiapan pemilu luar negeri, persiapan digitalisasi, persiapan dukungan anggaran, SDM dan sarana prasarana serta tantangan/potensi masalah pada pemilu dan pemilihan serentak tahun 2024. Dijelaskan pula olehnya tentang jadwal pelaksanaan pemilu tahun 2024 untuk Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, DPR RI, DPD dan DPRD yang akan digelar pada pada tanggal 14 Februari 2024.

Berikutnya, pemateri kedua dari Koordinator Divisi Hukum Penindakan, Pelanggaran dan Penyelesaian Sengketa Bawaslu Kota Probolinggo, Samsun Ninilouw yang mengangkat topik tentang penanganan pelanggaran pada saat pelaksanaan pemilu maupun pilkada di Kota Probolinggo.

Kepada para peserta, dirinya mengajak untuk berdiskusi terkait pemahaman terhadap etika dan budaya dalam konteks berpolitik. “Maka etika itu berada di dunia ideal yang mau dituju, sandaran etika itu selalu persoalan pantas dan tidak pantas, sementara budaya itu adalah pola perilaku yang perkembangannya disesuaikan dengan zaman,” ungkap Samsun.
