Salah satu yang mendapat manfaat program tersebut ialah warga Ketapang RT 3 RW 1, Kota Probolinggo Jawa Timur. Rumah yang ditinggali terkena musibah kebakaran.

Skretaris NU Care-LAZISNU Abdul Rouf mengatakan Berdua merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka perbaikan rumah tidak layak huni, yaitu rumah tempat tinggal yang tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan, keamanan dan sosial. Bedah rumah dimaksudkan sebagai upaya memperbaiki kondisi rumah baik secara menyeluruh maupun sebagian sehingga tercipta kondisi rumah yang layak sebagai tempat tinggal.

“Sasaran program Bedah Rumah Dhuafa ini adalah masyarakat tidak mampu, fakir miskin, dan rumah-rumah masyarakat dhuafa yang tidak memenuhi syarat layak huni. Beberapa indikator rumah yang tidak layak huni ialah seperti konstruksi bangunan yang minim dan rapuh, material yang dipakai masih menggunakan papan triplek yang mudah terbakar dan tidak tahan air, dan sebagainya,” bebernya.

Terkait kriteria mustahik atau sasaran penerima, Rouf menyebutkan di antaranya keluarga prasejahtera, jompo, korban bencana alam, fakir (orang yang tidak memiliki harga), miskin (orang yang penghasilannya tidak mencukupi), gharim (orang yang banyak hutang), dan fisabilillah (pejuang di jalan Allah).

Berdua direalisasikan dalam dua jenis kegiatan, yaitu renovasi rumah dhuafa secara keseluruhan; atau renovasi sebagian.

“Berdua memberikan bantuan yang disalurkan berupa biaya tunai untuk renovasi banguan kepada para mustahik yang telah ditentukan. Besaran bantuan disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan,” pungkasnya.(wan)

    The story of two of the strangest animals on the planet just got a little stranger, thanks to clues revealed by a lone fossil specimen that scientists now say represents a long-extinct ancestor.     “There’s plenty of weirdness to go around on these little things,” said Dr. Guillermo W. Rougier, a professor in the department of anatomical sciences and neurobiology at Kentucky’s University of Louisville who studies early mammalian evolution.

    “They are one of the defining groups of mammals,” Rougier said. “The typical mammal from the time of dinosaurs probably shared a lot more biology with a monotreme than with a horse, a dog, a cat or ourselves.” Therefore, he said, monotremes provide a window into the origins of mammals on Earth.
