portalbromo.com – Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kota Probolinggo gelar pembinaan pada kelembagaan manajemen Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Acara berlangsung di Aula setempat (12/4).
Acara ini dihadiri Wali kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi ZA, Kadisdikbud M Maskur serta Kepala BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Kota Probolinggo Rofiul Masyhudi dan Kepala BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pasuruan Arie Fianto Sofyan.
Kadisdikbud Maskur mengatakan, dalam acara ini mengundang sebanyak 246 orang. Yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok, berasal dari lembaga kelompok bermain, lembaga taman pengasuhan anak dan lembaga taman kanak-kanak.
“Manajemen diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sumber daya suatu organisasi yang efektif. Manajemen sangat berperan penting dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD),” ujarnya
Mengingat keberhasilan lembaga PAUD tidak terlepas dari manajemen yang baik. Dalam usaha PAUD dibutuhkan manajemen yang efektif dan efisien.
“Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan dasar kepribadian manusia secara utuh, memiliki keimanan, ketaqwaan, karakter berbudi pekerti luhur, cerdas, kreatif dan mandiri,” paparnya
Lebih lanjut Maskur menyampaikan, dengan demikian PAUD memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Wali Kota Habib Hadi ZA dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, lembaga pendidikan di wilayah Kota Probolinggo sangat berkembang dengan baik, hal itu menunjukkan respon dan harapan bagi ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak-anak usia dini bisa menerima pendidikan di lembaga-lembaga PAUD.
“Lembaga PAUD di Kota Probolinggo harus memiliki inovasi dan terobosan-terobosan yang terbaik. Pemerintah juga mengambil peran untuk memperhatikan dan memberikan kebijakan yang bisa bermanfaat di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan,” tegasnya
Konsen terhadap bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan menuturkan bahwa guru RA, TK, SD/MI juga guru mengaji di Kota Probolinggo telah diikutsertakan dalam BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Pantauan dilapangan, dalam kegiatan itu juga dilakukan penandatangan Naskah Perjanjian Hibah Daerah (NPHD) oleh TPA IT Permata 2 Kedopok, KB Nabila 1 Kecamatan Wonoasih, TK Assuthoniyah Kecamatan Kademangan, RA Nurul Islam Kecamatan Kademangan, SMP Taman Dewasa, MI Kahasri dan MTS Riyadlius Sholihin.(mr/de)
