PORTAL BROMO | BALI – Peristiwa pilu di Bali pada tahun 2002 memang menghentakan banyak pihak, khusus nya masyarakat di Bali. Kejadian yang tidak pernah di duga sebelum nya ini telah menyadarkan banyak kalangan, bahwa perdamaian menjadi suatu kewajiban untuk di jaga, bahkan adalah suatu prioritas dalam pola kehidupan.

Peristiwa di Bali merupakan serentetan dari berbagai kejadian teror di Dunia, yang mana sebelum nya yang lebih dasyat terjadi di New York atas runtuh nya gedung World Trade Centre.

Kita berpikir itu tidak akan terjadi di Bali, mengingat Bali hanya sebuah desa yang kebetulan besar, berbeda dengan New York, yang notaben pusat peradaban dunia, tapi kenyataan nya di Bali juga terjadi hal yang sama, sehingga semua pihak pada waktu itu berkesimpulan bahwa damai memang harus di jaga bersama sama, dan GEMA PERDAMAIAN ini adalah ujung nya.

Perdamaian adalah sebuah gerakan untuk terus menyadarkan manusia betapa penting nya hidup rukun dan harmonis dengan sesama manusia, alam semesta, dan segala isi nya.

Perbedaan merupakan fakta hidup, baik beda agama, ras , suku, dan lain nya bukanlah bahan dan panggung untuk melakukan pertentangan, perkelahian, perselisihan dan lain sebagai nya yang seolah anti damai. Demikian di jelaskan steering Committee Gema Perdamaian saat jumpa pers Gema Perdamaian di Gong Perdamaian, Bali,Rabu (03/10).

Gema perdamaian adalah sebuah gerakan untuk menciptakan perdamaian, kenyataan dalam hidup ini adalah perbedaan, perbedaan kelamin, budaya, suku, agama dan lain lain, bagaimana keberagaman dalam hidup ini mampu hidup rukun dan harmonis, hingga dunia ini menjadi satu kesatuan keluarga besar.

Pantauan di lapangan, tampak hadir jajaran anggota steering Committee serta para anggota organizing committee kegiatan.

Ketua panitia GP XVI Kadek Adnyana di dampingi seketaris Wahyu Diatmika menyampaikan, sangat lah terasa bahwa peradaban saat ini berjalan di dominasi oleh ego yang di benarkan oleh arogansi rasionalitas dalam segala wujud ciptaanya.

“Tujuan dari press conference adalah menyampaikan perkembangan dari persiapan acara pada tanggal 6 oktober 2018 yaitu puncak acara dari GEMA PERDAMAIAN. Manakala kita hening dan berusaha mendamaikan diri, hati nurani dengan halus dan penuh kasih membisik kan bahwa bukan ini yang sebenar nya yang ingin kita ciptakan dan kita cari, peradaban tanpa damai percuma, damai adalah dasar yang paling hakiki” ujar Adnyana.

Ia menambahkan dengan damai, hidup lebih bermanfaat dan lebih indah. Damai dengan alam, damai dengan sesama, damai dengan sang pencipta.

Di ketahui, pada tahun 2018 ini perhelatan GP merupakan kali ke 16 semenjak 2002 yang pertama di gelar. Puncak acara akan di gelar di lapangan sisi timur Monumen Bajra Sandhi, dalam list jadwal, acara akan di mulai pukul 16.00 dan akan berakhir pukul 21.00 WITA.

Acara yang melibat kan puluhan ribu orang ini akan di hadiri sejumlah pejabat pemerintah pusat, Provinsi, kota, dan Kabupaten di Bali. Tak kalah penting adalah kehadiran para suci, pendeta, biksu, ulama, tokoh – tokoh masyarakat dari berbagai golongan dan agama , konsul – konsul negara sahabat, juga mau tertinggal,para aktivis dari semua agama, , perkumpulan Pasraman Indonesia, seniman, budayawan, pelajar, mahasiswa, serta masyarakat lokal dan Internasional, tumpek blek menjadi satu kesatuan dalam pagelaran Gema Perdamaian 2018 nanti.

Dari data yang masuk, hingga saat ini yang sudah tercatat untuk turut berpartisipasi sekitar sebanyak 9.281 orang, dari 800 lembar undangan yang di sebar. Hal ini menjadi bukti betapa masyarakat menempatkan perdamaian sebagai prioritas dalam kehidupan.

Wahyu menambahkan, acara puncak GP akan di awali dengan eksebisi keberagaman etnis Nusantara, Carnaval, padayatra, penganugrahan award putra putri Ambasador Damai, do’a bersama oleh para toko lintas agama dan di lanjutkan hiburan. Pada kesempatan yang sama, seluruh peserta akan melakukan do’a bersama untuk saudara – saudara kita di Sulawesi Tengah dan Lombok yang saag ini di landa bencana.

Di mana sebelum nya,telah di gelar serangkaian kegiatan seperti terlibat dalam world clean up day bersama suksma Bali, sarasehan Damai Toko Pengusaha Bali bersama HIPMI, IWAPI, BKOW, pemilihan putra putri Asambador Damai bersama STIKOM Bali, road show damai ke kampus kampus.

Kegiatan ini di harapkan mampu, memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat untuk selalu sadar memelihara kedamaian di tengah peradaban era milenial saat ini. Dukungan dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat dan stake holders terus berdatangan termasuk support teman teman media yang sangat aktif mendukung misi Gema Perdamaian.
