PORTAL BROMO | BALI – Dua hari jelang pelaksanaan “TNI International Marathon Mandalika 2018”, 73 penerjun profesional TNI-Polri dan 6 penerbang Jupiter Aerobatic Team (JAT) kembali beraksi menunjukkan profesinalismenya di atas Pantai Kuta Mandalika, Lombok Tengah (Loteng), Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), Jumat, 2/11/2018.

Demikian dikatakan Kapendam IX/Udayana Kolonel Kav Jonny Harianto G, SIP., di sela geladi bersih di areal Pantai Kuta kawasan KEK Mandalika, ITDC, Loteng.

Event lari bertaraf Internasional yang akan digelar pada Minggu (4/11) dan berhadiah total Rp10 miliar ini bakal diikuti ribuan pelari dari sejumlah negara. Kegiatan ini masih dalam rangka memperingati HUT ke-73 Tentara Nasional Indonesia Tahun 2018.

Terkait dengan acara geladi, kembali mengundang decak kagum sejumlah wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara yang berbaur dengan masyarakat untuk menyaksikan tontonan gratis yang spektakuler itu.

Ribuan orang yang memadati pantai berpasir putih itu mengapresiasi kepiawaian puluhuan penerjun dari TNI AD, TNI AL, TNI AU, dan Polri. Sebanyak 73 penerjun gabungan itu melakukan terjun “freefall” dari pesawat Hercules C-130 dari ketinggian 6.000 kaki diatas permukaan air laut.

73 penerjun mendarat dengan tepat di lokasi pendaratan di Pantai Kuta Mandalika, disusul dengan atraksi mendebarkan 6 penerbang JAT melakukan atraksi dan demo udara selama 20 menit, dipandu dari bawah oleh Kapten Pnb I Gede Ngurah, keenam pilot terlatih yang tergabung dalam JAT itu berhasil menari dan melukis langit di atas Pantai Kuta Mandalika.

Keenam pilot JAT itu adalah Letkol Pnb Marcellinus AKD, Mayor Pnb Oktavianus, Mayor Pnb Dika Mahendra, Mayor Pnb Iwan Setiawan, Mayor Pnb Habibi, dan Mayor Pnb Idam Satria.

Beragam maneuver yang dilaksanakan antara lain, Jupiter Roll, Barrel Roll, Clover Leaf, Leader Benefit, Loop & Cross Over Break, Twin Half Cuban & Wheel, dan Tango to Diamond Loop.

Dilanjutkan dengan maneuver Mirror, Screw Roll, Heart, Roll slide, Solo Spin, Five Card Pass, Roll back, dan terakhir bermaneuver Loop and Bomb Burst. Sekaligus sebagai salam hangat dan hormat dari JAT. (CB/Mr.)
