Bersih Kampung Bremi Wujud Guyub Rukun Masyarakat

MAYANGAN | PORTAL BROMO – Ratusan warga RW 01 Kelurahan Sukabumi, Kecamatan Kanigaran, Kota Probolinggo menggelar tradisi Selamatan Tumpengan Kampung Bremi “Bersih Kampung Bremi” Berkam tahun 2018, Selasa (25/9) malam. Acara itu dihadiri Wali Kota Rukmini, para asisten dan staf ahli, camat Mayangan serta lurah se- Kecamatan Mayangan. Kegiatan ini diramaikan dengan penampilan hadrah oleh kelompok ibu-ibu hadrah dari RW 01 serta seniman lokal .

Ketua Komunitas Kampung Bremi, Muhammad Soleh mengatakan tradisi tumpengan Kampung Bremi dimulai sejak tahun 2015 lalu. Ada beberapa agenda kegiatan bersih kampung kali ini meliputi khataman Al Qur’an serempak di seluruh musholla RW 01 pada 22 September 2018, kirab gunungan diikuti oleh 12 RT tanggal 23 September 2018 serta selamatan tumpengan bersama 25 anak yatim piatu.

“Selametan ini merupakan perwujudan dari sikap kesadaran spiritual dan tanggung jawab moral mengucap rasa syukur kepada ALLAH SWT karena telah diberi keselamatan. Serta merupakan bentuk pelestarian budaya untuk mengenang para jasa leluhur yang pertama kali babat alas di padukuhan yang sekarang dikenal dengan Kampung Bremi,” ujarnya.

Dalam sambutannya, Wali Kota Probolinggo Rukmini mengatakan tradisi tumpengan ini merupakan wujud syukur kepada ALLAH SWT atas nikmat dan limpah rejekinya pada masyarakat Kota Probolinggo atas terciptanya aman dan kondusif serta melimpahnya hasil pertanian. Ia juga menyampaikan terima kasih kepada komunitas Kampung Bremi yang telah melestarikan salah satu tradisi budaya ini.

“Banyak manfaat yang diambil dari kegiatan tradisi tumpengan ini yaitu melestarikan budaya lokal di Kota Probolinggo.  Selametan ini merupakan bukti nyata dari guyub rukun dan masyarakat bergotong royong demi kemajuan Kota Probolinggo. Semoga kegiatan ini bisa dijadikan contoh kepada kampung-kampung lainnya yang ada di Kota Probolinggo,” jelasnya. (novi/wan)
