PORTAL BROMO | PROBOLINGGO – Ada pemandangan yang berbeda di depan Kantor DPRD Kota Probolinggo, adalah orasi PGRI ( Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia ) yang tergabung dalam FHK2-PGRI & FHGP Wilayah Probolinggo Selasa ( 02/10 ) menyampaikan pendapat didepan DPRD Kota Probolinggo, rangkaian acara yang diusung dalam orasi ini adalah istiqosah dan menolak Permenpan No 36-37 Tahun 2018. Tampak jajaran kepolisian turut serta mengamankan acara ini, namun penyampaian pendapat berjalan sopan dan elegan.
Pada kesempatan orasi PGRI tersebut, Kapolres Kota Probolinggo Alfian Nurrizal, menyampaikan apresiasi kepada pendemo santun dan elegan yang menyampaikan pendapat didepan umum, “ saya ucapkan terimakasih dan saya apresiasi kepada teman-teman guru yang tergabung dalam FHK2-PGRI & FHGP kota probolinggo yang telah menggunakan haknya dengan menyampaikan pendapat dimuka umum, atas kegiatan yang sangat mulia dan baik saya akan menoolong agar diperhatikan dan di bantu untuk penyampaian teman-teman ini,” ujarnya
Sementara itu Ketua PGRI Probolinggo Slamet Zainul Arifin katakan, kami menolak Permenpan No 36-37 Tahun 2018 yang sangat deskriminatif dan tidak berkeadilan, desak pemerintah agar tidak ada batasan usia honorer, desak pemerintah segera terbitkan perundang-undangan honorer sebagai CPNS. Desak percepat terbitnya pem, desak cabut moratorium PP No 48 Tahun 2005 yang mengatakan pemkot dan pemkab tidak boleh angkat honorer, mohon pemkot probolinggo, bahwa sejak januari 2018 GTT & PTT sudah harus setara UMK. Di sela orasi tampak salah satu perwakilan membacakan puisi Aku & Pancasila dengan makna yang sangat miris.
Perlu diketahui, persyaratan penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) 2018, terkait pembatasan umur pendaftar, Forum Honorer Kategori II (FHK II) Kota Probolinggo, Jawa Timur menilai aturan tersebut mendzalimi sejumlah tenaga Honorer.
FHK II Kota Probolinggo juga menolak adanya Permenpan No 36 tahun 2018 yang salah satu pointya berbunyi, Calon pelamar dari penyandang disabilitas berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada saat melamar.
Salah satu Koordinator FHK II Kota Probolinggo, mengatakan pengabdian yang selama ini di lakukan oleh kami (FHK 2) sudah cukup lama, harusnya mendapatkan perhatian lebih dari pemerintah.
Namun, dengan adanya batasan umur bagi calon pendaftar PNS, hal ini sangat begitu mengecewakan baginya, mengingat pengabdiannya dalam membantu pemerintah sudah cukup lama dan banyak sekali ditemukan para tenaga Honorer sudah berumur lebih dari 35 tahun.
Menurutnya, aksi demonstrasi hari ini akan dilanjutkan ke Kantor Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo.
“Disana kami rencanaya akan melakukan penandatanganan berkas bersama antara honorer, pihak legislatif dan eksekutif. Isinya penolakan kebijakan persyaratan CPNS 2018. Lalu berkas tersebut akan dikirim ke Presiden RI, Menpan RB, BKN dan DPR RI”, pungkasnya.
Sementara itu menanggapi demonstrasi para guru ini Roy amran menemui dan katakan, aspirasi ini semoga bisa berikan yang lebih baik lagi, orasi memang perlu disampaikan dan harus sopan, informasi kemarin pembahasan PAK untuk GTT sudah ada penambahan, akan tetapi belum signifikan, nanti di PAPBD 2019 akan adakan perubahan, semoga bisa diwujudkan, kami ada usulan dari bawah kita harus melihat kondisi APBD Kota Probolinggo, jika ada ruang penambahan maka ada peluang, harus ada usulan bahas hingga konkrit.(wan)
