PORTAL BROMO | PROBOLINGGO – BPN kota Probolinggo gelar acara prmbekalan dan pelatihan partisipasi masyarakat dalam rangka pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap ( PTSL ) tahun 2019, bertempat di Orin Hall & Resto Senin ( 28/1 ) hadir dalam acara tersebut kepala kejaksaan negeri kota Probolinggo, Kapolresta Probolinggo, DKUPP, Camat Kademangan serta narasumber dari BPN kota Probolinggo.
PTSL sendiri adalah kegiatan pendaftaran tanah untuk pertama kali yang dilakukan secara serentak yang meliputi semua objek pendaftaran tanah yang belum terdaftar atau belum bersertipikat didalam suatu wilayah kelurahan atau desa.
“Adapun tujuan dari program PTSL ini dalam rangka berikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum hak atas tanah secara adil dan merata, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Negara pada umumnya dan ekonomi rakyat khususnya,” ujar narasumber
Lebih lanjut, program PTSL ini merupakan salah satu Program Strategis Nasional, maka Presiden RI yang di tuangkan dalam intruksi Presiden No 2 TH 2018 meng intruksikan kepada semua Kementrian dan Lembaga termasuk para Gubernur dan para Walikota atau Bupati agar mendukung dan mensukseskan pelaksanaan PTSL ini dengan cara mengambil langkah-langkah sesuai dengan TUPOKSI masing-masing.
Untuk tahun 2019 seluruh wilayah Indonesia Kementrian ATR dengan target sebanyak 9 juta bidang tanah dan untuk wilayah provinsi Jatim sebanyak 1.570.000 bidang. Kota Probolinggo target Peta Bidang sebanyak 6.500 bidang sedang target sertifikat hak atas tanah ( S HAT ) sebanyak 5.500 bidang lokasinya terletak di dua kecamatan yaitu Kanigaran target sertipikat 1500 bidang, kelurahan sukoharjo 750 dan curah grinting sebanyak 750 bidang dan kecamatan kademangan target sertipikat 4000 bidang, kelurahan kademangan 1500 bidang, pohsangit kidul 1500 bidang, kelurahan triwung kidul 1000 bidang ( yang didalamnya terdapat target PTSL UKM sebanyak 300 bidang ).
“Dengan demikian, pihak BPN mengucapkan terimakasih kepada semua Camat dan Lurah yang telah menunjuk petugas yang nantinya bersama petugas BPN mengumpulkan foto kopi KTP & KK, mengumpulkan data yuridis dan deliniasi atau membuat sket badan fisik lapangan dan menuangkanya kedalam blanko-blanko yang telah di tentukan dari pusat,” papar Kepala BPN kota Probolinggo Bambang Haryono, SH, M.Si.(tim)
