PORTAL BROMO|DRINGU – Bukan hal muda melewati jalan di perkampungan desa Dringu, Desa yang identik dengan kata banjir tersebut memiliki beberapa jalan yang menjadi medan berat untuk di lalui saat musim penghujan tiba, terlebih di malam hari, licin dan sempit kondisi jalan kerap membawa korban untuk pengguna nya.

Kendati seperti itu tidak membuat Uswatun Hasanah salah satu petugas kasir Indomart Pasar Dringu mengurung kan niat nya mendatangi rumah pelanggan sekedar menyampaikan Permohonan Maaf, Senin (4/2/2019).

Berawal dari error nya sistem saat dirinya bertugas, Uswatun yang saat itu sebagai petugas kasir menampilkan sisi baik perusahan dalam menciptakan pekerjanya, senyum dan penjelasan yang matang menunjukkan perusahaan yang menaungi nya telah mendidik nya dengan baik.

Tidak selesai di gerai, Malam di guyur hujan, Uswatun bersama satu partner kerja nya di Indomart pasar Dringu tiba di rumah Pacul yang berada di Desa Dringu menyampaikan permohonan maaf.

“Kami ke rumah Pak Pacul atas perintah Pimpinan untuk menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidak nyamanan yang di alami beliau” katanya.

“Hal ini sudah menjadi bagian dari manajemen kami di Indomart untuk memberikan pelayanan sebaik baik nya kepada pelanggan kami” lanjut nya sambil melipat tangan nya ke depan.

Untuk di ketahui, Indomaret merupakan jaringan minimarket yang menyediakan kebutuhan pokok dan kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan luas area penjualan kurang dari 200 m2.

Di buka pertama di Ancol, Jakarta Utara, pada tahun 1988, dikelola oleh PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Tahun 1997 perusahaan ini mengembangkan bisnis gerai waralaba pertama di Indonesia, setelah memiliki lebih dari 230 gerai.

Jumlah gerai hingga tahun 2015 adalah 11.400 gerai dengan rincian 60% gerai adalah milik sendiri dan sisanya waralaba milik masyarakat.

Sampai dengan awal tahun 2017, jumlah gerai sebanyak 13.000 toko. Mitra usaha waralaba ini meliputi: koperasi, badan usaha dan perorangan. Indomaret tersebar merata dari Sumatera, Jawa, Madura, Bali, Lombok, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. Motto perusahaan adalah “Mudah dan Hemat”. (mr/wan)
