portalbromo.com – Beberapa proyek yang tak kunjung usai di kota Probolinggo menjadi kebisingan tersendiri, terutama bagi Komisi tiga DPRD kota Probolinggo.
Di pembuka tahun, komisi Tiga gelar rapat dengar pendapat bareng dinas Pekerjaan Umum ( PU ), dan Administrasi Pembangunan di ruang komisi tiga,Senin (18/1).
Selain klarifikasi progres kerja infrastruktur pemkot Probolinggo di tahun 2021, rapat yang dipimpin langsung ketua komisi tiga Agus Riyanto juga minta penjelasan terkait beberapa proyek yang lama terbengkalai seperti pasar baru dan alun-alun.
Menurut Agus, kedua tempat tersebut pusat kegiatan masyarakat kota Probolinggo yang seharusnya sudah seleeai, namun hingga kini nasibnya masih menjadi materi pembahasan di meja.
“Proyek pasar baru sudah terlalu lama terkatung-katung, kasihan pedagang” kata Agus.
Tentang proyek revitalisasi Pasar Baru dan alun-alun, dua proyek yang menggunakan anggaran miliaran itu sudah bertahun-tahun menjadi materi pembahasan Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP).
Dalam forum pembahasan, dinas PU sebagai wakil dari pemerintah selalu menjadi kelompok yang santun, senantiasa menjelma sebagai peng agargumen yang profesional, namun hingga kini kedua tempat sentral tersebut tak kunjung usai.
Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perkim kota Probolinggo, menyampaikan di RDP bahwa pengerjaan pasar baru ditargetkan selesai di akhir tahun 2021.
“Untuk target pasar baru selesai di akhir tahun 2021, termasuk alaun-alun tahun depan sudah bisa dinikmati, untuk sekarang memang belum bisa karena masih proses perawatan ” ujar Rohman Kurniadi selaku PPTK.
Terkait penurunan anggaran yang semula 19 miliar menjadi 6 miliar Rohman menjelaskan bahwa hal itu bisa tidak menjadi masalah.
“Pasar baru bukan multiyears, yang empat miliar untuk pengerjaan infrasturktur dilelang di awal, yang dua miliar untuk finisihing dan dilelang setelah pembangunan infrastruktur selesai, perkiran enam bulan” jelas Rohman.
Terkait Progres proyek di tahun 2021, Kabag Administrasi Pembangunan, Ghofur Effendi menyampaikan hingga kini belum ada berkas yang diterima dari OPD untuk pengajuan pekerjaan. Ia mengatakan hal itu telah beberapa kali disampaikan kepada seluruh OPD, namun hanya dari SatPol PP yang telah mengirimkan berkas pengadaan Damkar.
“Hingga saat ini kita belum menerima pengajuan berkas pengerjaan dari OPD, kita sudah informasikan untuk segera mengirimkan, tapi hanya dari SatPol PP yang merespon, kita akan coba ingatkan lagi” akunya.(mr)
