portalbromo.com – Sejak 1 Februari 2021 lalu, tercatat sudah 5 lokasi di wilayah pemilihan dapil 1 ( Dringu-Gending-Pajarakan-Krejengan ) disambangi anggota DPRD kabupaten Probolinggo Reno Handoyo. Hal tersebut dalam rangka giat Reses masa sidang pertama tahun 2021.
Kegiatan dalam rangka serap aspirasi masyarakat kali ke lima digelar di desa Pabean, kecamatan Dringu, Sabtu (6/2).
Sejumlah aspirasi disampaikan tamu undangan membuat suasana sidang di luar kantor tersebut nampak hidup.
Selain infrastuktur warga banyak menyampaikan aspirasi terkait kebijakan pangan dan pemberdayaan sumber daya masyarakat.
“Sulitnya ekonomi di tengah pandemi virus Covid-19 menjadi permasalahan utama di banding kebutuhan infrastruktur, kami berharap para wakil rakyat manjadikan itu sebagai prioritas usulan ketika hearing bareng pemerintah”. Kata Sunjoto sala satu tamu undangan.
Sependapat dengan usulan konstituenya, Reno mengamini bahwa sisi pangan sudah semestinya menjadi prioritas pemerintah dalam mengarahkan kebijakan.
“Sudah betul itu ketika kondisi tidak menentu (akibat Covid – 19), maka sisi panganlah yang harus dipastikan tetap terjaga,” kata Reno (6/2).
“masalah pangan timbul umumnya dipengaruhi penghasilan masyarakat yang tidak memadai, bahkan sekedar untuk membeli pangan pokok. Banyaknya masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan akibat covid-19, menyumbang andil pada menurunnya ketahanan pangan sampai masyarakat harus bergantung pada bantuan pangan dari pemerintah” ungkapnya di wawancara.
Namun bagaimana cara mengatasi, pria beranak tiga itu mengatakan Selain bantuan sosial dari pemerintah tersalurkan dengan benar, sinergi di antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah pun menjadi sangat krusial dalam masa pandemi ini.
“Tersalurkanya bantuan pemerintah dengan baik serta kegiatan-kegiatan sosial yang diinisiasi oleh masyarakat untuk memberikan bantuan bahan pangan untuk masyarakat lain yang membutuhkan dapat sangat membantu terjaganya keseimbangan sistem permintaan dan suplai ketahanan pangan,” jelas Reno
‘Pada akhirnya, kerja sama di setiap tingkatan sosial untuk menjaga sistem ketahanan pangan adalah kunci untuk melewati Covid-19,” tambahnya.
Terlepas dari penyampaian aspirasi, Reno menyampaikan bahwa terpenting untuk saat ini adalah melawan penyebaran virus covid-19.
Menurutnya menyebarnya wabah virus tersebut telah merusak tatanan banyak sektor, bahkan Reno menilai kemenangan sebanarnya untuk saat ini adalah ketika kita mampu menanggulangi virus tersebut.
“Kemenangan yang sebenarnya untuk saat ini adalah ketika kita mampu melawan penyebaran virus covid -19, pentinganya peran serta masyarakat terkait permasalahan pendemi virus covid-19 adalah sala satu kunci menuju kemenangan itu” pungkasnya.(mr)
