JAKARTA – Ketua Komisi VI DPR RI, Faisol Riza mengutuk keras aksi pengeboman di komplek Gereja Katedral, Jalan Kartini, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Minggu, 28 Maret 2021 pagi.
Menurut Faisol Riza, kejadian tersebut merupakan tindakan keji yang telah menodai ketenangan hidup bermasyarakat dan tidak berprikemanusiaan. Apalagi, tindakan itu juga sangat jauh dari ajaran agama apa pun.
“Saya mengutuk keras teror pengeboman di Gereja Katolik Katedral makassar. Perbuatan ini adalah perbuatan keji diluar perikemanusiaan,” jelas Faisol Riza, , Minggu (28/3).
Fraksi Kebangkitan Bangsa (FKB) DPR RI ini juga mengajak pada masyakarat, agar jangan takut akan teror apapun. Sebab, kalau sampai takut, akan memberi ruang pada teroris.
“Jangan pernah takut dengan aksi-aksi semacam ini. Kalau takut akan memberi ruang bagi teror-teror selanjutnya,” terangnya.
Selain itu masih kata legislator asal Probolinggo ini, masyakarat diajak untuk bergandeng tangan untuk melawan aksi teror ini.
“Kita harus lawan dengan bergandengtangan, memperjuangkan toleransi antar umat dan persatuan Indonesia,” tegasnya.(*)
