Portalbromo.com – Wali Kota Habib Hadi Zainal melantik 179 pejabat administrator dan pejabat pengawas di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo, Senin(28/6). Pelantikan ini merupakan implementasi penyederhanaan birokrasi penataan kelembagaan serta peralihan jabatan administrasi dalam jabatan fungsional, sesuai Permenpan-RB nomor 28 tahun 2019.

Lokasi pelantikan dibagi menjadi 3 titik, di rumah dinas wali kota 11 orang, selebihnya 68 orang mengikuti secara virtual di Puri Manggala Bhakti dan 100 orang di gedung SMKN 1.

Wali kota yang didampingi Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati mengambil sumpah jabatan bagi perwakilan dalam pelantikan tersebut. Diantaranya, Yoyok Imam Siswahyudi yang sebelumnya menjabat Sekretaris Dinas Pertanian, Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan menduduki jabatan baru sebagai Sekretaris Dinas Lingkungan Hidup.

Kemudian di urutan 179 ada Mohammad Yusup yang sebelumnya sebagai pengelola keuangan di BPPKAD diangkat menjadi Lurah Sumber Taman, Kecamatan Wonoasih.
Dalam sambutannya, Habib Hadi menuturkan jika proses pembinaan dan pengembangan pola karier bagi seorang PNS, khususnya dalam jabatan bukanlah mekanisme yang mudah dan sederhana bagi pejabat pembina kepegawaian.

“Diperlukan adanya seleksi dari berbagai aspek, baik secara kualifikasi, kompetensi, kinerja maupun disiplin serta pertimbangan lain yang harus diperhatikan. Dengan begitu diperoleh figur PNS yang tepat dalam menduduki sebuah jabatan,”urainya.

Ia menjelaskan jika jabatan administrator (setara dengan jabatan struktural eselon III). Sedangkan jabatan pengawas (setara dengan jabatan struktural eselon IV) memiliki peran penting terhadap jalannya pelayanan publik. Termasuk administrasi pemerintahan dan pembangunan yang sifatnya teknis dan administratif.

“Pemerintah terus berupaya memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan publik. Harapannya, bisa mewujudkan pemerintahan yang smart, ramping serta memangkas birokrasi agar tercipta kecepatan perizinan dan pelayanan bagi masyarakat,” harap orang nomor satu di kota ini.

Menurutnya, salah satu target dari reformasi birokrasi ini adalah penyederhanaan birokrasi. Tujuannya mempercepat pelayanan, meningkatkan responsifitas, memangkas hierarki pengambilan keputusan yang terlalu panjang sehingga tercipta birokrasi yang dinamis, gesit profesional, efektif dan efisien dalam melayani masyarakat.

Wali Kota juga meminta kepada pejabat yang baru dilantik tersebut untuk memberikan ide kreatifnya dalam menghadapi permasalahan di lapangan di masa pandemi saat ini, termasuk membuat pakta integritas.

“Besar harapan saya agar amanah dan kepercayaan yang diberikan kepada saudara oleh negara ini, benar-benar dijalankan dengan penuh perhatian, komitmen dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi,” pesan wali kota kepada mereka yang dilantik.(yul/mr)
