Menurut Kapolresta Probolinggo Wadi Sa’bani, pelaksanaan program vaksinasi merdeka itu sudah sesuai dengan Instruksi Presiden untuk segera melaksanakan vaksinasi pada anak 6 sampai 11 tahun. Vaksinasi Merdeka adalah sebuah kegiatan vaksinasi untuk anak pada tahap pertama dengan konsep vaksinasi memaksimalkan pelayanan pada masyarakat, memberikan kemudahan akses tanpa turun dari kendaraan.
Giat itu akan berlangsung setiap hari selama bulan Januari tahun ini mulai jam 8 pagi sampai jam 2 siang di kawasan Jalan dr Saleh 34. Adapun jenis vaksinasi yang digunakan adalah Sinovac. Pelaksanaan vaksinasi merdeka juga dilakukan di Klinik Polresta dan mobiling bersama Pemkot Probolinggo dan Forkopimda ke sekolah-sekolah
Mekanisme Vaksinasi Merdeka Anak Drive Thru, masyarakat melakukan pendaftaran secara online dengan scan barcode aplikasi. “Di tahap ini, masyarakat dalam hal ini wali atau orang tua, mendapatkan hasil print out yang didalamnya juga mencakup pernyataan orang tua yang menyatakan bahwa orang tua menyetujui pelaksanaan vaksinasi ini,” katanya.
Lalu, anak-anak yang sudah didaftarkan tadi menuju tahapan skrinning dan vaksinasi di tempat yang dilakukan oleh petugas medis yang telah disiagakan. Selanjutnya, anak-anak yang telah disuntik vaksin, memasuki pos observasi untuk memastikan pasca penyuntikan vaksin, tidak ada masalah kesehatan yang serius terhadap kondisi si anak dan sekaligus menunggu kartu vaksinnya selesai dicetak.
Wali Kota Habib Hadi mengapresiasi giat yang digagas Polresta Probolinggo. “Ini merupakan langkah awal yang baik sebagai bentuk komitmen bersama untuk melayani masyarakat. Semoga niatan dan tujuan baik ini dilancarakan dan capaian vaksinasi anak di Kota Probolinggo pada bulan ini dapat tercapai,” ucapnya.
Ia menambahkan, vaksinasi merupakan kunci dalam menghadapi situasi dan kondisi di tengah wabah pandemi. Kota Probolinggo sendiri, diakuinya, sukses meniadakan kasus aktif Covid-19 menjadi zero kasus per Desember lalu.
“Alhamdulillah, (capaian zero kasus) itu adalah bentuk keberhasilan vaksin. Sehingga imun masyarakat betul-betul bisa terjaga,” katanya. Namun demikian, ia mengingatkan, protokol kesehatan tetap harus dilakukan secara ketat.
Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo, bekerja sama dengan Polresta Probolinggo dan Kodim 08/20 Probolinggo, mulai pekan depan, membagi tugas di masing-masing lembaga di wilayah untuk melakukan giat vaksinasi anak secara serentak.
“Insyaallah mulai tanggal sepuluh, (pelaksanaan vaksinasi anak) serentak. Kita libatkan juga peran orantua untuk melakukan skrining ketat, sehingga pelaksanaannya nanti bisa berjalan lancar dan target vaksinasi anak 6-11 tahun di bulan ini, bisa kita selesaikan,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu giat vaksinasi drive thru, disambut baik oleh masyarakat. Terlihat dari panjangnya antrian kendaraan yang mengular sejak pagi hari, baik kendaraan roda dua, tiga maupun roda empat. Para orang tua, ayah dan ibu, rela meluangkan waktunya untuk mengantarkan putra putri tercinta, untuk mengikuti vaksinasi ini.
Seperti yang terlihat diantara antrian, tampak seorang ayah mengenakan kemeja berwarna abu-abu, mengaku bangga bisa mengantarkan putrinya untuk mendapatkan vaksin pagi tadi. “Saya ayah dari Sabrina Zaneta Dinansyah, sudah mendapatkan vaksin. Ini contoh yang baik, sekaligus upaya persuasif mengajak masyarakat, para orang tua khususnya. Karena vaksin ini sangat dibutuhkan, selain menambah imun juga untuk menambah kesehatan serta memperlancar segala aktivitas. Baik di rumah maupun di sekolah,” tuturnya.
Sabrina mengaku siap mendapatkan vaksin. “Gak takut donk, saya sangat siap,” aku anak berusia 10 tahun itu dengan kepercayaan diri penuh. Tak hanya Sabrina, anak lain yang juga memanfaatkan momen vaksinasi merdeka adalah Najieb (6), yang masih duduk di bangku TK itu mengaku tak takut sama sekali saat disuntik jarum vaksin. “Kayak digigit semut, gak sakit kok,” ujarnya.
