Komisi III DPRD Kota Probolinggo Gelar Hearing Terkait Pabrik Kayu

portalbromo.com – Bertempat di Ruang Kerja Komisi III DPRD kota Probolinggo, berlangsung hearing antara Komisi III, DLH, DPUPR dan General Manager Cv. Graha Papan Lestari (Cv. Grapari), Rabu ( 17/2 ).

Hearing ini digelar terkait bangunan pabrik Cv. Grapari pasca kebakaran terhenti, karena harus urus izin lagi, alasan lain karena berdekatan dengan Rumah Sakit Baru milik Pemkot Probolinggo yang akan dibangun di khawatirkan akan mengganggu.

Diketahui sebelumnya, Pabrik Kayu CV Graha Papan Lestari di Jalan Prof. Hamka Kota Probolinggo ludes terbakar. Belum diketahui secara pasti apa penyebab kebakaran tersebut. Peristiwa itu terjadi sekira pukul 15.30, Jumat (23/7/2021).

Wakil Ketua Komisi III Sri Wahyuni mengatakan, terkait bangunan pabrik pasca kebakaran yang mau di bangun lagi, Alternatif bisa tukar guling dengan dibantu pemerintah, karena progres bangunan pabrik sendiri sudah 70%, atau mungkin boleh berdiri tetap disana dan tidak ganggu rumah sakit.

Sementara itu Asisten Administrasi Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Rini Sayekti menyampaikan, bahwa pabrik itu telah melakukan pelanggaran, karena lakukan aktivitas pembangunan sebelum ada Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung ( PBG ), masyarakat sekitar pabrik juga tidak ingin perusahaan tersebut berdiri.

Dalam kesempatan yang sama, General Manager Cv. Grapari Kartini Candra Kirana mengatakan, dari awal pihaknya sudah di ijinkan beroperasi, tapi sekarang malah di cut.

” Kami juga bingung beberapa kali menyampaikan jika izin kami lengkap, tetap harus di cut, karena di anggap pasca pabrik kebakaran jika mau bangun maka harus urus semua izin yang baru,” ujarnya kesal

Di pungkas Hearing, Ketua Komisi III Agus Riyanto menyarankan, pemerintah ijinkan lagi operasi pabrik, dengan catatan tidak boleh ada kebisingan yang over dan polusi udara yang ekstrim.

“Adakan audiensi, agar walikota evaluasi SK 2022, perusahaan jalan masyarakat bisa makan, terkait limbah dan sebagainya bisa di perbaiki. Terkait tanah Pemerintah bisa tukar guling ataupun appraisal,” tandasnya.(mr)
