portalbromo.com – Bertempat di Ruang Command Center, Kantor Wali Kota Probolinggo, Rabu (1/3), Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo bersama Forkopimda Kota Probolinggo mengikuti Roadshow Daring yang dipimpin Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, Muhajir Effendy.
Roadshow Daring tersebut membahas tema Percepatan Stunting dan Penghapusan Kemiskinan Ekstrem di seluruh Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan mengundang seluruh kepala daerah yang berada di wilayah Jawa Timur.
Dalam safari ini, Menko Muhajir menjelaskan bahwa pertemuan tersebut bertujuan untuk konsolidasi, koordinasi, sinkronisasi, dan pengendalian program-program prioritas yakni Penurunan Stunting dan Pengendalian Kemiskinan Ekstrem.
Sebagai daerah yang dianggap berhasil, tujuh kota/kabupaten telah ditunjuk untuk memberikan paparannya terkait masalah yang dihadapi, praktek apa saja yang sudah dilakukan untuk mengejar target, dan pelaporan sekilas kondisi umum yang berkaitan dengan stunting dan kemiskinan ekstrem, serta masalah apa yang dapat dikomunikasikan di tingkat pusat.
“Tentu saja usul dan saran yang perlu disampaikan ke kementerian dan lembaga terkait. Karena di sini juga hadir lembaga tersebut, dan pejabat terkait yang menangani hal tersebut yang hadir disini,” jelas menteri kelahiran Madiun 66 tahun silam tersebut. Selain dihadiri Wakil Gubernur Jatim Emil Elestianto Dardak, juga ada pembicara dari Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian PUPR, Bappenas, dan Kemenag daerah.
Adapun ketujuh kota/kabupaten ialah Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Kabupaten Bondowoso, Kabupaten Jember, Kabupaten Ngawi, Kabupaten Lamongan, Kabupaten Situbondo, dan Kota Batu. Kabupaten/Kota yang memaparkan situasi stunting dan kemiskinan ekstrem di daerahnya, beberapa inovasi digitalisasi dan kolaborasi yang telah mereka ciptakan, harapan bantuan kepada Pemerintah Pusat.
Isu permasalahan stunting dari pemaparan ketujuh kepala daerah tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga kategori antara lain Tata Kelola, Internsi Sensitif, dan Intervensi Spesifik. Sedangkan untuk permasalahan kemiskinan esktrem rata-rata adalah kebanyakan data warga miskin belum tervalidasi dan belum adanya acuan dari pemerintah pusat.
Mengevaluasi berbagai macam permasalahan yang dijelaskan, Menko Muhajir pun memberikan ringkasan. Terkait masalah stunting, dirinya berharap lebih baik mencegah daripada menanggulangi. Hal pertama yang ditekankan ialah pencegahan pernikahan dini. “Berharap untuk seluruh Kantor Kemenag di daerah-daerah, untuk menekan permintaan dispensasi pernikahan untuk anak-anak remaja,” harapnya.
Untuk ibu hamil sendiri harus lebih diberikan perhatian khusus, pemberian gizi harus dikontrol, lebih sering menjalani USG. Untuk itu, daerah yang belum memberikan data mengenai puskesmas mana saja yang masih belum menerima USG, harap segera melapor ke Menko PKM.
Di Kota Probolinggo sendiri, pertemuan yang diikuti langsung oleh Asisten Pemerintahan Gogol Sudjarwo, Kabag Perencanaan Polres Kota Probolinggo Eko Nur Hadiono, Perwakilan Kodim 0820 Probolinggo, serta kepala perangkat daerah terkait membawa pemahaman tersendiri mengenai stunting dan penghapusan kemiskinan.
“Alhamdulillah ya ada forum seperti ini, sehingga bagi kita seperti di daerah-daerah ini khususnya di Kota Probolinggo menjadi lebih paham dengan penanganan stunting karena ada pemaparan dari daerah-daerah yang berhasil. Kami akan berdiskusi bersama Bapak Wali Kota. Hal ini bisa menjadi acuan untuk penanganan di daerah,” ungkap Gogol ditemui sesaat setelah acara selesai.
Kondisi stunting di Kota Probolinggo sendiri, berdasar Studi Suvey Gizi Indonesia pada tahun 2022 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 4,3% yakni 23,3% yang pada tahun sebelumnya hanya 19%. Sedangkan merujuk data EPPBGM (Elektronik-Pencacatan dan Pelaporan Gizi Berbasis Masyarakat), kondisi stunting tahun 2022 sebesar 12,3%.
Plt Kepala Dinkes PPKB drg. NH Hidayati mengatakan bahwa stunting diukur melalui SSGI dan EPPBGM. “Memang ada selisih, namun seperti yang dikatakan Wakil Gubernur, Pak Emil tadi, kita jangan lihat selisih tersebut. Namun tetap mengupayakan bagaimana penanggulangan stunting pada balita itu tadi,” jelas Ida, panggilan akrabnya.
Sedangkan dari pihak Polres Kota Probolinggo, Eko Nur Hadiono siap mendukung seluruh kebijakan Pemkot Probolinggo terkait penurunan prevalensi stunting dan penghapusan kemiskinan ekstrem. “Sebagai katalisator kami akan memerintahkan babinkamtibnas untuk membantu pihak puskesmas dan bidan untuk melakukan deteksi dini ibu hamil, mengajak para warga melakukan pemeriksaan dini. Kami juga mengharapkan para lurah, ketua RT/RW untuk lebih aktif menyampaikan permasalahan stunting, dan warga yang memiliki ekonomi rendah, untuk segera melaporkan,” pungkas Eko. (mr/fa)
