portalbromo.com – Setelah sebelumnya memberikan paparan Evaluasi Perkembangan Kelurahan dan Lomba 10 Program Pokok PKK Tingkat Kota Probolinggo Tahun 2023, giliran Tim Penilai yang melakukan Kunjungan Lapang ke tiga besar kelurahan terpilih, Senin (20/3).

Tiga besar kelurahan dimaksud diantaranya Kelurahan Sukabumi, Kelurahan Jati Kecamatan Mayangan dan Kelurahan Kebonsari Kulon Kecamatan Kanigaran. “Tahun ini kita tidak ke titik-titik lokasi tapi melihat atau fokus ke administrasinya. Apakah administrasinya sudah sesuai atau ada keberlanjutan dari program yang kemarin disampaikan di tahun lalu ataukah tetap dilaksanakan di tahun ini, atau ada perkembangan lainnya, ada inovasi masing-masing lurah dan program-program dari TP PKK Kelurahan,” ujar Analis kebijakan Ahli Muda pada Bagian Pemerintahan Setda Kota Ratih Sudarmanti.

Dari beberapa lokasi yang ditinjau hingga siang hari tadi, Ratih – panggilan akrabnya, mengungkapkan secara garis besar perkembangan kelurahan sudah memiliki banyak kemajuan, sesuai dengan hasil evaluasi di tahun lalu. “Jadi apa yang kita sarankan untuk lurah-lurah dan PKK terkait dengan programnya, ini dijalankan. Serta tingkat kepedulian masyarakat terkait swadaya juga lebih kelihatan di tahun ini, ya,” nilainya.

Setelah tahapan ini, lanjutnya, tim akan memilih satu kelurahan terbaik untuk mewakili Kota Probolinggo bersaing di ajang serupa tingkat Provinsi Jawa Timur.

“Ini adalah tahapan ketiga atau akhir penilaian tingkat kota. Harapannya mudah-mudahan kita bisa membawa salah satu kelurahan di Kota Probolinggo bisa bersaing di Provinsi start bulan Mei nanti,” tandasnya.

Adapun aspek penilaian dalam lomba ini meliputi 3 hal. Yakni kesesuaian administrasi, kesesuaian program dan inovasi serta kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. “Dengan bobot maksimal poin pertama dan kedua, masing-masing tiga puluh lima. Dan poin ketiga, tiga puluh. Sehingga total nilai yang didapat adalah seratus,” jelasnya

Sementara itu Ketua Pokja III Tri Kartin M dalam lawatannya mewakili tim penilai mengucapkan selamat untuk ketiga kelurahan terbaik yang lolos di tahap ini. “Keberhasilan ini tentunya tidak tercipta atas kinerja bapak dan ibu lurahnya saja, juga bukan keahlian dari segenap jajaran tim yang mendukung. Melainkan semuanya bersinergi,” katanya.

Ia berharap apa yang disampaikan pada tahap pemaparan beberapa waktu lalu, benar-benar ditemukan pada tahapan saat ini. Karena, menurutnya, tahap inilah yang menentukan bahwa kelurahan manakah yang pantas untuk menyandang gelar kelurahan terbaik dan melanjutkan estafet pada program yang sama di pertengahan tahun mendatang.

Roadshow pertama dimulai sekira jam 8 pagi ke Kelurahan Sukabumi. Di kantor yang berlokasi di Jalan RA Kartini No. 59 itu, tim gabungan yang terdiri dari Bagian Pemerintahan Setda Kota, Dinsos P2KB, BPBD, Bappeda Litbang, Diskominfo dan TP PKK Kota itu disambut dengan tampilan Seni Bantengan.

Seni Bantengan adalah pertunjukan yang ditampilkan oleh kelompok seni banteng yang merupakan tradisi budaya sebagai bentuk ikon di Kelurahan Sukabumi. “Inilah yang menjadi andalan kita saat ini, selain inovasi kampung tematik kami yaitu Kampung Batik Baremi,” ungkap Lurah Sukabumi Angga Pramudya didampingi sang istri.

Camat Mayangan Agus Dwiwantoro yang juga menyambut kedatangan tim penilai menyatakan rasa syukurnya atas terpilihnya dua kelurahan di wilayahnya dalam penilaian ini. Ia berharap, dari 2 kelurahan terpilih yang ada di Kecamatan Mayangan, kelak menjadi kelurahan yang lebih baik utamanya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan mendapatkan nilai terbaik.

“Semoga penilaian selanjutnya dari Kecamatan Mayangan ada salah satu yang mewakili ke tingkat provinsi,” harapnya.

Di lokasi kedua dan ketiga, yakni Kelurahan Jati dan Kelurahan Kebonsari Kulon, kali ini tim disambut dengan yel-yel semangat, sebelum kemudian masing-masing tim berpencar untuk mengecek kelengkapan data dimaksud. Termasuk melakukan sesi wawancara dengan lurah setempat. (Mr.hum)
