Aksi Cepat Polres Jombang Mengungkap Penemuan Mayat di Kebun Tebu Kabupaten Jombang

PORTAL BROMO | JOMBANG – Penemuan mayat seorang pemuda di Kebun Tebu, Jombang Senin, (08/10/2018) yang sempat menggegerkan warga setempat di Desa Curahmalang, Sumobito, Kabupaten Jombang telah berhasil diungkap oleh pihak Kepolisian Kab. Jombang dalam konferensi pers di Mapolres Jombang, Selasa (09/10/2018).

Pemuda yang ditemukan telah tidak bernyawa di Kebun Tebu Desa Curahmalang, Sumobito, Kabupaten Jombang didapati terluka dibagian kepala belakang sebelah kiri dan mengeluarkan darah dari mulutnya. Berasarkan penyelidikan dari Kepolisian, diketahui identitas korban berinisial MAC berumur 28 tahun merupakan warga Desa. Mbuduk Sidorejo, Kecamatan Sumobito, Kabupaten Jombang.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Jombang, AKP Gatot Setya Budi menjelaskan korban meninggal dunia akibat mengalami pendarahan setelah dianiya menggunakan benda tumpul oleh delapan orang. “Korban meninggal dunia dikarenakan penganiayaan menggunakan benda tumbul yang dilakukan oleh delapan orang sekaligus. Dari delapan orang pelaku pengroyokan tersebut, polisi telah berhasil mengamankan satu orang pelaku dengan inisial AF (18) warga Dusun Tegalan, Desa Curahmalang, Kecamatan Sumobito, Kabupaten Jombang, tujuh orang pelaku lainnya masih dalam kejaran pihak kepolisian. AF ditangkap di Desa gayung Sari, Surabaya,”ungkapnya dalam konferensi pers di Mapolres Jombang.

Tak kurang dari enam jam setalah melakukan olah tkp dari penemuan mayat tersebut, Pihak Kepolisian berhasil mengungkap kasus pembunuhan yang dilatarbelakangi dari rasa tersinggung. “Motif pelaku karena ketersinggungan saat melintas di Jalan Raya Curahmalang. Ketika melintasi jalan raya tersebut, salah satu temen korban dalam rombongan melakukan mbleyer-mbleyer (menggeber gas motor) di depan rombongan para pelaku”. Ungkap Kasat Reskrim Polres Jombang, AKP Gatot Setya Budi.

Tersinggung dari aksi mbleyer dari rombombongan korban, rombongan para pelaku berjumlah delapan orang langsung mengejar korban dan rombongan. Apesnya MAC selaku korban berhasil dihadang dan ia pun tak dapat menghindari pengroyokan dari delapan orang pelaku sekaligus.

Dari pengamanan satu orang pelaku pengroroyak tersebut, Polisi berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa satu unit sepeda motor, empat batang kayu yag terdapat bercak darah, dan dua unit HP pelaku. “Pelaku pengeroyokan akan dikenai pasal 170 KUHP tentang Pengeroyokan ancaman hukumannya di atas 5 tahun penjara,”lanjutnya.(gil/wan)
