PORTAL BROMO | PROBOLINGGO – Menindak lanjuti surat edaran pemerintah daerah, pemerintah kecamatan Kedopok, kota Probolinggo gelar Upacara bendera, Senin ( 3/12).
Pantauan di lapangan tampak hadir Camat Kedopok Imam Cahyadi selaku Inspektur Upacara, seluruh Lurah beserta perangakat dari 6 Kelurahan yang ada di kecamatan Kedupok.
Hal ini tak lepas dari surat edaran kementrian dalam Negeri, yang di lanjut kan dengan surat edaran pemerintah daerah terkait himbauan kepada OPD, di mana setiap awal bulan pada hari Senin pertama wajib menggelar upacara bendera.
Dalam penyampaian nya saat sambutan selaku inspektur upacara, Imam Cahyadi mengatakan hal ini di lakukan guna menindak lanjuti surat edaran kementrian dalam negeri yang di lanjutakan surat edaran dari pemerintah daerah.
“Untuk menindak lanjuti surat edaran kementrian dalam negeri yang di lanjutakan surat edaran dari pemerintah daerah di mana setiap pergantian Kalender bulan, di hari Senin pertama seluruh OPD di kota Probolinggo menggelar Upacara Bendera yang di ikuti seluruh jajaran di bawah nya” katanya.
“Terkait dengan beberapa OPD yang tidak memungkinkan melaksanakan upacara, bisa bergabung dengan OPD yang lain. sara rasa jika ada kekurangan harus kita maklumi mengingat ini adalah yang pertama kali kita lakukan, nanti ke depan akan lebih baik dan lebih sempurna lagi” lanjut nya.
Di kesempatan yang sama, Pria yang sebelum nya menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Dinas Sosial kota Probolinggo tersebut mengingat kan jajaran PPTK ( Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan ) menjelang akhir tahun.
“Terkait realisasi anggaran, saya harap PPTK lebih mencermati kegiatan masing masing, mengingat kita sudah mendekati akhir bulan Desember. Sebagaimana edaran walikota, kita harus merencanakan dengan baik kapan SPNGU dan sebagainya ada batas tanggal waktunya untuk di sampaikan, karena ini sangat terkait dengan budget realisasi anggaran kita di akhir tahun ” lanjut nya.
Pola absensi pegawai juga menjadi materi sambutan, menurut nya fingerprint sebagai pola absensi pegawai sebagai sala satu sistem dalam penegak an disiplin pegawai.

Kegiatan yang di mulai pukul 7.00 ( pagi ) tersebut berlangsung selama kurang lebih 45 menit dan dan terbilang cukup hikmat, ini terlihat dari setiap petugas Upacara dalam melaksanakan peran nya, kendati terbilang pertama kali dan masih awal, tapi tidak nampak terjadi kekeliruan atau pengulangan.
