Portalbromo.com – Jurnalis satu ini sangat beda dengan lainnya, dimana tugas seorang jurnalis mencari sumber berita yang akurat, menulis dan memberitakan hasil karyanya.

Namun, waktu banjir yang melanda di Kecamatan Dringu, jurnalis ini ikut membantu untuk mengevakuasi warga yang terjebak banjir di Desa Kedungdalem dan Desa Dringu bersama Tim Sar Shabara Polres Probolinggo.

Dia adalah, Saifullah (34) yang merupakan jurnalis asal media online dari Kantor Berita RMOLJatim.

Mas Sip panggilan akrabnya menceritakan, pada saat kejadian banjir yang menimpa warga Desa Kedungdalem dan Desa Dringu, dia masih memainkan kamera handphonenya untuk memotret momen di lokasi banjir.

Namun, selang beberapa menit kemudian, handphone miliknya berdering dan ternyata dari Ketua RT di Dusun Krajan Desa Dringu.

Ketua RT tersebut menginformasikan, kalau ada beberapa warganya yang terjebak banjir dan butuh di evakuasi. Sebab, kondisi ketinggian air dilokasi tersebut mencapai 180 centimeter.

Sehingga, Mas Sip yang pada saat itu langsung menghubungi Kapolres Probolinggo AKBP Ferdy Irawan untuk mengirimkan bantuan perahu karet.
Selang beberapa menit, perahu karet muncul dengan diangkut oleh mobil Shabara Polres Probolinggo.

“Yang memimpin penyelamatan warga yang terjebak banjir itu, adalah Kasat Shabara (Polres Probolinggo) AKP Ahmad Jayadi dan ada anggota kormail namanya Pak Imam. Disana, kita saling berjibaku,” jelas Mas Sip, Jum’at (12/3/2021).

Saat melakukan misi penyelamatan, warga yang berhasil dievakuasi berbagai usia. Mulai dari usia 1 tahun hingga 80 tahun.

“Yang paling mengetuk hati saya itu, ketika ada anak bayi ikut di evakuasi. Disanalah, saya tutup kamera handphone saya dan ikut turun untuk menyelamatkan,” terangnya.

Selain itu, perjalanan melakukan evakuasi ternyata tidak mudah. Sebab, kondisi air yang deras serta menggenangi ribuan rumah warga menjadi kendala. Bahkan, pada saat itu tim sar dari Shabara Polres Probolinggo, berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk mengevakuasi warga yang terjebak banjir.

“Saya melihat dengan mata kepala saya sendiri, bagaimana temen-temen dari Shabara menyelamatkan para korban. Taruhannya nyawa,” ungkap dia.

Setelah berhasil dievakuasi, para warga yang terjebak banjir ini, langsung di bawa ke tempat yang lebih tinggi. Namun, masih menemukan kendala, yaitu mobil untuk mengangkut warga.

“Pas waktu itu, saya menghubungi mas Reno (Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Probolinggo) dan juga Pak Tutug (Kepala BPBD Kabupaten Probolinggo) untuk mengirimkan ambulance ke lokasi,” ceritanya.

Selang beberapa menit kemudian, dua mobil ambulance datang untuk mengevakuasi warga dan di bawa ke tempat pengungsian di Posko Penanggulangan Bencana.

“Karena ada anak yang sakit dan ada lansia yang struk. Tapi, sebagian besar warga lainnya yang berhasil dievakuasi sudah diangkut menggunakan mobil Shabara,” paparnya.

Bukan hanya disitu, Mas Sip juga menceritakan, pada saat banjir mulai surut, namun warga dilokasi dusun Krajan kelaparan. Sehingga, pihaknya bergegas mengambil nasi bungkus di Dapur Umum yang di dirikan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Probolinggo.

“Pukul 1 dini hari, handphone saya berbunyi lagi. Ketua RT mengabari kalau banyak warga yang lapar. Saya dan Mas Reno meluncur kelokasi. Namun, ketinggian air dilokasi itu masih mencapai 40 Centimeter,” sebutnya.

Lebih lanjut masih menurutnya, oada saat itu dia berusaha menerobos banjir dengan motor matic.

“Sehingga, kita sambil menjinjing nasi bungkus, mendatangi rumah warga untuk memberikan nasi bungkus itu,” ungkap dia.

Perlu diketahui, Banjir di Desa Kedungdalem dan Desa Dringu terjadi empat kali. Banjir pertama yaitu pada Sabtu 28 Februari dan Banjir kedua pada Senin 1 Maret serta banjir ketiga pada Senin 8 Maret serta Banjir ke empat pada Rabu 10 Maret 2021. (*)
