portalbromo.com – Diduga salah kelola dalam pemanfaatan hutan, LSM GMPK laporkan KPH Probolinggo.

Hal itu terkait aktivitas galian C yang berada di desa Patalan, kecamatan Wonomerto, kabupaten Probolinggo.

lokasi pengerukan tanah tersebut berada di lahan hutan milik kawasan pengelolahan Kesatuan Pemangku Hutan ( KPH ) Probolinggo.

ketua LSM GMPK Sollehudin mengatakan, sejumlah bukti hasil dari investigasi lembaga yang dipimpinya masuk dalam pelampiran materi pelaporan, sala satunya adalah nama oknum yang melakukan galian.

“ratusan ribu kubik sudah ditambang, kita sudah investigasi itu, semua sudah kita lampirkan, pelakunya ya biasa pemain lama”. Kata Sollehudin, Selasa (22/12).

Solleh ( sapaan akrabnya) menyangkan aktivitas penambangan tersebut, menurutnya lokasi yang menjadi penambangan masih kawasan pengelolahan KPH Probolinggo, dirinya mengaku heran karena terkesan ada pembiaran dari pihak otoritas.

“Lokasi itu kan masih kawasan pengelolahan KPH Probolinggo, jika memang sudah dihibahkan ke warga sebagai sala satu bentuk pemanfaatan hutan, tapi kan tetap tidak boleh diperjual belikan”.

“Yang saya pahami, akses yang diberikan pemerintah kepada warga untuk pengelolahan hutan adalah untuk menanam komoditas yang memiliki nilai lebih, seperti kopi, nilam, atsiri, kepayang, kayu manis dan sebagainya, sesuai potensi daerah masing-masing, bukan di keruk dijadikan tambang kemudian tanahnya dijual” kata Solleh.

Menurut Solleh, pemerintah atau otoritas dalam hal ini KPH memiliki kewenangan untuk mengevaluasi kembali ketika ditemukan lahan yang dikelolahkan ke warga ternyata tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik

“pemerintah atau otoritas punya kewenangan jika dikemudian hari ditemukan dalam pemanfaatan kawasan hutan tersebut oleh warga tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, maka bisa ditarik kembali”. Lanjutnya.
