Rakor yang dipimpin langsung Wali Kota Probolinggo Hadi Zainal Abidin didampingi Wakil Wali Kota Mochammad Soufis Subri, Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati, anggota Forkopimda, bersama kepala OPD saling memberi saran dan masukan.
Ya, banyak upaya telah dilakukan pemkot dalam mengurangi penyebaran COVID 19 ini. Salah satunya imbauan untuk tetap tinggal di rumah, menghindari kerumunan, menunda hajatan, menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat, penyemprotan disinfektan, social distancing dan sebagainya. Tentu hal ini harus didukung kerja sama dan peran aktif masyarakat untuk disiplin mengikuti imbauan pemerintah tersebut.
Dalam laporannya, Sekda drg. Ninik Ira Wibawati menjelaskan rakor ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi sedini mungkin setiap potensi konflik sosial sekaligus upaya pencegahan agar situasi Kota Probolinggo tetap kondusif. “Saya mengharapkan kepada Kepala OPD agar dapat mengambil langkah-langkah teknis terkait isu yang berkembang sehingga tidak menimbulkan polemik masyarakat,” pesan sekda perempuan dengan latar belakang ilmu kesehatan ini.
Situasi dan kondisi Kota Probolinggo terpantau aman dan kondusif. Hal ini tidak lepas dari sinergi yang baik semua komponen masyarakat, pemerintah daerah, aparat keamanan (TNI/Polri), tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat untuk ikut menjaga keamanan dan ketentraman masyarakat.
“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Tim Pencegahan dan Penanganan Konflik Sosial Kota Probolinggo, bahu membahu mencegah COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo,” kata wali kota.
Wali kota mengimbau kepada masyarakat ikut disiplin dan sadar atas kebijakannya dan menyadari dampak apa yang timbul dibalik itu. “Selain kerja sama penanganan pencegahan Covid-19, perlu adanya ketegasan pemerintah untuk menyadarkan dan mendisiplinkan masyarakat, sesuai dengan surat edaran dari Mendagri, Menkeu, Keputusan Presiden dan lain-lainnya,” imbuhnya.
Masih menurut wali kota, pemkot sudah menyiapkan bantuan sembako berdasarkan data dari kelurahan dan kecamatan untuk masyarakat yang terdampak COVID 19. Pemerintah setempat memutuskan akan melakukan pembatasan jam operasional pertokoan, usaha waralaba pada pukul tujuh malam dan dibuka kembali pukul tujuh pagi. Kemudian karantina bagi pemudik pun akan dilakukan.
Sementara itu, Kapolres Probolinggo Kota AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya mengungkapkan, dengan adanya wabah COVID 19, pihaknya bersama Kodim 0820 siap mendukung kebijakan wali kota terkait pembatasan jam operasional pertokoan seperti swalayan, pusat perbelanjaan, usaha waralaba, maupun pasar tradisional.
“Selain itu kami juga menerapkan physical distancingberupa kawasan tertib berlalu lintas pada jam-jam tertentu di 43 lokasi. Bagi penggunaan transportasi umum dinilai kurang efektif karena hanya menyemprot dan mengukur suhu badan saja. Selanjutnya harus ada tempat isolasi bagi para penumpang transportasi umum,” beber AKBP Ambariyadi.
Menurut Dandim 0820 Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo menerangkan tentang pentingnya penggunaan masker dalam kondisi saat ini dan menjaga kamtibmas di wilayah Kota Probolinggo. “Jangan sampai situasi COVID 19 ini membuat masyarakat lengah, kami berupaya mencegah kriminalitas itu,” terangnya.
Selanjutnya, Wawali Subri meminta pada forum ini untuk meneruskan kebijakan Presiden Jokowi terkait pembebasan biaya dan cicilan masyarakat. “Kami mohon bantuan bapak ibu sekalian pada forum ini untuk meneruskan kebijakan pembebasan biaya maupun cicilan, baik itu perbankan, leasing, PLN. Karena masih banyak masyarakat Kota Probolinggo berkeluh kesah belum mendapatkan pembebasan itu (kebijakan presiden),” urainya.
