Probolinggo, Portal Bromo – Bertempat di Ruang Sidang Utama DPRD kota Probolinggo, digelar Sidang Paripurna membahas Penyampaian pendapat akhir RAPERDA tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD kota Probolinggo Tahun Anggaran 2020.
Dalam pembukaan sidang, Ketua DPRD menyampaikan, Tahapan demi tahapan sudah dilalui dengan baik, tenaga dan pikiran fokus pada agenda ini, hal tersebut tidak lebih karena keinginan kita, agar rakyat dapat merasakan pembangunan dan pelayanan dengan baik.
“Kita menginginkan kehadiran pemerintah dan DPRD dirasakan manfaatnya oleh rakyat, oleh karenanya diperlukan kesungguhan, keikhlasan, keterbukaan dan penuh tanggung jawab,” tegas Ketua DPRD.
Sementara itu, Wali kota Probolinggo Hadi Zaenal Abidin dalam penyampainya, mengapresiasi atas pendapat Badan Anggaran DPRD dan Fraksi-fraksi yang telah menyatakan persetujuanya terhadap agenda sidang paripurna saat ini.
Salah satu pendapat yang disampaikan walikota antara lain pada Diskominfo terkait penurunan website milik Pemkot Probolinggo, dimana pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 terdapat 81 website dan pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan menjadi 54 website.
“Hal itu selain dikarenakan adanya merger beberapa perangkat daerah di tahun 2020, juga disebabkan adanya standarisasi website pemerintah, sehingga seluruh website dalam satu domain di probolinggokota.go.id,” papar wali kota
Lebih lanjut, pada Dishub terkait saran dari Badan Anggaran atas keberadaan pos pantau di wilayah kota yang terkesan tervengkalai dan tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, Pemerintah kota Probolinggo akan mengevaluasi terkait pemanfaatnya agar lebih maksimal.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Dra. Ec. Hj. Sri Wahyuningsih, MH dari Fraksi PKS-Demokrat menyampaikan salah satunya, terkait RSUD Moh Saleh kota Probolinggo, yang mana dilaporan pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD tahun 2020 anggaran program pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19 hanya terserap 60,94 %.
Oleh karenanya Fraksi PKS menyarankan, mengingat kasus Covid-19 makin bertambah berharap anggaran yang ada dapat dimaksimalkan, sehingga anggaran tersebut besar manfaatnya untuk masyarakat agar terhindar dari virus corona.
” Dengan anggaran tersebut, bagi yang terdampak virus corona dapat teratasi dan diobati dengan maksimal sehingga dapat sembuh dengan obat-obat yang memadai memadai serta penanganan secara maksimal,” paparnya
“Kedepan untuk RSUD Moh Saleh pelayanan terhadap pasien perlu dioptimalkan, baik pasien BPJS maupun umum supaya ada pelayanan yang sama, tidak dibedakan. Karena sampai saat ini masih sering kali terjadi pelayanan terhadap pasien di RSUD Moh Saleh kurang baik dan dibeda bedakan,” tandasnya.(wan)
