PORTAL BROMO – PROBOLINGGO – Mulai di berlakukanya pemasangan iklan kampanye untuk para peserta pemilu 2019, KPU kota Probolinggo sosialisasikan mekanismenya, Senin (25/03/2019).
Di gelar di ruang pertemuan Cafe& Resto Jebing jl. Basuki Rahmat, tampak hadir Ketua KPU kota Probolinggo Ahmad Hudri, Bawaslu, Kepala Bagian Humas dan Protokol pemkot Probolinggo dan perwakilan beberapa media undangan.
Hudri menjelaskan, peserta Pemilu 2019 diperbolehkan melakukan iklan kampanye secara mandiri, di luar yang difasilitasi oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU).
Adapun iklan kampanye dilakukan di empat media massa, yaitu media cetak, televisi, radio, dan media daring atau portal berita online.
“Baik di media cetak maupun media elektronik, iklan kampanye baru boleh dilakukan 21 hari jelang masa akhir kampanye, yaitu 24 Maret-13 April 2019.” Ucap Abah (sapaan akrab Ahmad Hudri ).
“Iklan kampanye juga dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh peserta pemilu. Iklan kampanye secara mandiri itu juga nanti diberlakukan untuk peserta pemilu di tingkat provinsi dan di tingkat kabupaten/kota,” lanjutnya.
Meski diperbolehkan beriklan secara mandiri, ada batasan-batasan yang harus dipatuhi peserta pemilu.
Batasan tersebut telah diatur dalam Peraturan KPU (PKPU) Nomor 23 Tahun 2018 tentang Kampanye Pemilu.
“Batasannya sama bahwa sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Ada ketentuan-ketentuan yang sudah mengatur jumlah paling banyak yang dapat dilakukan oleh peserta pemilu dalam beriklan,” ujarnya.
Di kesempatan yang sama Hudri juga menanggapi banyaknya para peserta pemilu yang memanfaatkan akun medsos sebagai kampanye, menurutnya hal itu tidak masalah, KPU sendiri mefasilitasi mereka yang ingin mendaftarkan akunya sebagai sala satu alat kampanye resmi.
” tidak masalah, justru KPU mefasilitasi, artinya KPU menyarakan mereka untuk mendaftarkan akun nya sebagai sala satu alat kampanye resmi, agar kelak jika terjadi kesalahan atau pelanggaran dalam materi kampanye, akun yang bersangkutan hanya di proses melalui Bawaslu”.
“Beda untuk mereka yang tidak mendaftarkan akunya secara resmi, Hudri menyampaikan, ketika terjadi pelanggaran dalam materi yang di kampanyekan maka akun yang bersangkutan akan di proses sebagai pidana umum”.
“sayang nya sejauh ini hanya satu partai yang mendaftarkan akun sebagai alat untuk kampanye partainya.” Jelasnya.
Berikut aturan iklan kampanye mandiri yang ditetapkan oleh KPU:
A. Media cetak (koran harian) paling besar 810 milimeter kolom atau 1 (satu) halaman, untuk setiap media cetak (koran harian), setiap hari selama masa kampanye melalui iklan.
B. Radio, paling banyak 10 spot, durasi paling lama 60 detik per spot, untuk setiap stasiun radio, setiap hari selama masa kampanye melalui iklan.
C. Televisi, paling banyak 10 spot, durasi paling lama 30 detik per spot untuk setiap stasiun televisi, setiap hari selama masa kampanye melalui iklan.
D. Media daring (online), paling besar ukuran horizontal 970 × 250 piksel dan ukuran vertikal paling besar 298 × 598 piksel untuk setiap media daring (online), setiap hari selama masa kampanye melalui iklan.(Mr.)
