Adalah Mulyono SH, praktisi hukum beralamat di JL Mastrip, Kota Probolinggo, tegas menyatakan niatnya melalui platform media sosial WhatsApp Grup (WAG), pada Rabu (20/8/2020) kemarin. “Salam buat yang ngaku Walikota Probolinggo kapan debat terbuka dengan saya” cetusnya dikutip dari percakapan Mulyono, dengan anggota WAG lainnya.
Tantangan debat terbuka ini mencuat, pasca beredar foto piagam plus piala dari Pemprov Jawa Timur. Dalam piagam tertulis Kota Probolinggo, terbaik nomor II di Jawa Timur, dalam penilaian penghargaan pembangunan daerah tahun 2020.
Mulyono yakin terdapat kesalahan dalam penilaian tersebut. Bahkan ia berharap, prestasi diberikan Provinsi Jawa Timur, itu kembali dievaluasi. Menurutnya, sepanjang pemerintahan Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin, beberapa proyek fisik gagal terselesaikan.
Seperti pembangunan Pasar Niaga, dan Alun-alun kota setempat. “Saya minta moderator dari pusat. Agar netral,” pungkas Mulyono, dilansir dari datasiana.com edisi 20/8/20.
Kepala Diskominfo Pemkot Probolinggo, Aman Suryaman meminta wali kota tidak perlu serius bersikap. “Kalau saya sih ke substansinya apa. Kan semua itu ada alasannya,” kata dia.
Kalaupun ada ketidak puasan dari masyarakat, lanjutnya, pemkot sudah banyak memiliki saluran aspirasi. “Kan sudah ada Suara Kota, website e-aspirasi kita juga punya. Sampaikan saja melalui itu,” lanjutnya.
Demikian juga soal informasi kegiatan kepala daerah dan kebijakan pemerintah, imbuh Aman, wali kota sudah memerintahkan Diskominfo terbuka menyampaikan kepada masyarakat. “Soal prestasi Kota Probolinggo, sebagai kota terbaik no II di Jatim, cukup realistis. Ga ada yang ditutupi dari seluruh kegiatan pembangunan. Monggo bisa diikuti di website resmi Pemkot Probolinggo,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, pembina LSM LIRA Kota Probolinggo, H Ahmad Sholeh, secara terpisah menanggapi positif tantangan tersebut. Menurutnya, untuk kepentingan ilmiah, wali kota harus menanggapi serius tantangan Mulyono. “Ini kan soal pemkot yang katanya meraih prestasi. Saya menilai, bagus kalau wali kota bisa menerima tantangan itu. Beliau bisa meluruskan di hadapan publik soal indikator apa saja yang disampaikan kepada pemprov Jatim hingga menyabet juara II. Saya juga sanksi kok. Pembangunan yang mana yang sukses dilakukan pemkot?. Kok tiba-tiba meraih prestasi,” katanya.
Soleh bahkan menyebut, dalam tanggapan fraksi LKPJ Wali Kota Probolinggo, beberapa waktu lalu, bayak sorotan yang disampaikan legislatif. “Sekali lagi saran saya hadapi tantangan itu, biar jelas semua. Rakyat menunggu jawaban wali kota atas tantangan itu,” pungkas H. Ahmad Soleh.
