portalbromo.com – Polemik penggalian tanah atau perataan lahan di gunung Bentar kecamatan Gending kabupaten Probolinggo terus disoal sejumlah warga.

Pasalnya, lahan yang tercatat sebagai aset di Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Akuntansi Barang Milik Negara ( SIMAK-BMN) di bawah Lantanmal V itu diduga jadi ladang bisnis ilegal.

Hal itu didasari dari beberapa temuan, material berupa tanah hasil galian aset milik negara tersebut digunakan untuk reklamasi sejumlah tempat di wilayah kabupaten Probolinggo.

Sumber portalbromo.com ( sebut saja Bang Jago) menyampaikan, saat ini adalah kali kedua aktivitas penggalian atau pemerataan gunung Bentar dilakukan, yang pertama terjadi pada kisaran tahun 2019.

Kegiatan yang diduga dalam rangka penyiapan lahan untuk pembangunan markas komando (Mako) Kopaska tersebut menyisahkan material galian yang diduga dimanfaatkan untuk mendapat keuntungan sejumlah oknum.

“Pengerukan pertama dulu dikirim untuk reklamasi tambak milik PT. PCM (samaran) di desa Pajurangan kabupaten Probolinggo, kalau tidak salah 40 hektar kisaran tahun 2019”. Kata bang Jago, Jum’at (3/9/2021).

“Dulu yang dapat pekerjaan PT.WV dan PT. TY ( samaran), sempat mau beli juga galianya, tapi tidak jadi, harganya gak cocok, kalau sekarang tidak tau siapa yang kerja.” Lanjutnya.

Hasil survei di lokasi, sejumlah alat berat dan kendaraan pengangkut material tampak sibuk beraktivitas di lokasi gunung Bentar, Jumat (3/8/2021).

Material hasil galian tersebut dikirim untuk reklamasi lahan menyerupai tambak di desa Curahsawo kabupaten Probolinggo.

Belum jelas lahan milik siapa serta peruntukanya, HR pria ditemui di lokasi galian dikonfirmasi menjawab hanya mengaku mendapat tugas pengawasan tidak mengetahui tentang peruntukan lokasi reklamasi.

“Saya disini hanya tugas pengawasan pekerjaan, terkait untuk apa saya kurang tau” jawab pria yang mengaku anggota TNI itu.

Aset lahan Gunung Bentar, merupakan salah satu dari belasan aset lahan yang tercatat dalam SIMAK BMN di bawah Lantamal V.

Di tahun 2019 lahan tersebut pernah dikunjungi Laksamana Pertama TNI Tedjo Sukmono, S.H saat menjabat sebagai Komandan Lantamal V.

“Lahan ini harus tetap dijaga dan dirawat oleh Lantamal V, sehingga memberikan manfaat untuk menunjang profesionalisme prajruit TNI AL,” kata Laksamana Pertama TNI Tedjo Sukmono, S.H. saat kunjungan di gunung Bentar beberapa waktu lalu.(tim)
