portalbromo.com – Kasus mahasiswi Novia Widyasari Rahayu (23) warga Desa Japan, Kecamatan Sooko, Kabupaten Mojokerto yang meninggal bunuh diri di samping makam ayahnya mendapat atensi serius dari pihak kepolisian. Terbukti Kapolri Listyo Sigit melalui twitter pribadinya @ListyoSigitP sigap merespon twit dari masyarakat terkait kasus ini.

Rupanya, cuitan tersebut ditanggapi langsung oleh Kapolri Listyo Sigit Prabowo. Dirinya berterima kasih atas info tersebut, dan mengatakan bahwa saat ini permasalahan tersebut tengah ditangani oleh Polda Jawa Timur.

“Terima kasih informasinya, saat ini permasalahan sedang dalam penanganan Polda Jawa Timur dan akan segera disampaikan kepada masyarakat hasilnya. Salam Presisi.,” tulis Listyo.

Korban yanga semula bunuh diri dengan meminum sianida karena depresi teringat mendiang ayahnya. Ternyata banyak fakta baru yang beredar. Korban diduga bunuh diri karena persoalan asmara dengan oknum anggota polisi bernama Rendy Bagus ( RB ).

Kapolres Mojokerto AKBP Apip Ginanjar, S.I.K., M.Si saat ditemui wartawan mengatakan, telah berkoordanisi dengan Polda jatim dan Polres Pasuruan terkait dengan kebenaran oknum polisi tersebut.

“Berkaitan dengan inisial RB anggota Polres Pasuran itu betul. Tim dari Polda Jatim dan Polres saat ini sedang mendalami dan investigasi terhadap informasi yang berkembang saat ini,” katanya, Sabtu (4/12/2022).

Namun, AKBP Apip belum bisa memastikan status hubungan antara korban dengan oknum anggota polisi itu.

“Kami akan dalami berkaitan informasinya yang beredar bahwa keduanya ada hubungan” pungkasnya.

Sementara itu, kasus ini menjadi perbincangan di jagat media sosial. Pada Sabtu (4/12/2021) pagi, Jagat Tweeter hasteg #SAVENOVIWIDYASARI menjadi tren terpopuler di Indonesia dengan 2.469 tweet.(*)
