Untuk itu Wali Kota Habib Hadi meminta Dinas Sosial PPPA membuatkan Kartu Pendalungan untuk Agus Ramadhan agar terbebas dari biaya perawatan di rumah sakit.
Kartu Pendalungan merupakan kartu untuk masyarakat miskin yang tidak tercantum dalam Basis Data Terpadu namun sudah disurvei serta diverifikasi oleh ULT PK Kota Probolinggo.
“Tindakan ini, membuatkan Kartu Pendalungan harus cepat kami lakukan agar pihak keluarga tidak bingung dengan biaya selama menjalani perawatan. Kami juga memberikan bantuan sembako berupa beras untuk membantu keluarganya, karena tulang punggung keluarga mereka belum bisa bekerja,” ujar Wali Kota Habib Hadi.
Terkait bantuan sosial yang lainnya seperti alat bantu jalan, lanjut Habib Hadi, akan segera disiapkan setelah Agus Ramadhan pulang dari rumah sakit. “Kami, pemerintah harus hadir di tengah masyarakat yang memang sangat membutuhkan bantuan. Apa yang bisa saya lakukan, akan saya upayakan agar masyarakat tidak mengalami kesulitan,” imbuh wali kota.
