Probolinggo, portalbromo.com – Komisi III himbau agar seluruh karyawan swasta yang ada di Kota Probolinggo dapat menerima Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) ditengah pandemi Virus Corona. Atas dasar itulah Komisi III DPRD Kota Probolinggo gelar Hearing dengan sejumlah pengusaha dan stakeholder.
Acara berlangsung di ruang sidang utama (12/5), rapat dipimpin oleh Ketua Komisi III, Agus Riyanto di dampingi seluruh anggota Komisi. Hadir dari dinas terkait, Kepala Dinas Penananaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dwi Hermanto, SPSI, Ketua Organda Kota Probolinggo, Tomi serta Perwakilan Perusahaan.
Hearing tersebut bahas dampak Corona, saat ini ditengah-tengah pandemi yang merebak di Kota Probolinggo, ada sebanyak 872 karyawan yang dirumahkan, 40 karyawan diputus kontrak serta ada juga karyawan yang tak jelas statusnya.
Dwi Hermanto mengatakan, jika pihaknya belum bisa lebih jauh melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak perusahaan terkait imbas dari virus Corona ini. Dia berdalih, karena adanya pemangkasan anggaran di OPD-nya sehingga tidak bisa berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait.
“Adanya pemangkasan anggaran, sehingga kita tidak bisa berkoordinasi langsung dengan semua perusahaan dan pihak-pihak terkait. Namun, yang jelas sudah ada 47 perusahaan yang ada di Kota Probolinggo mengkonfirmasi rencana pemberian THR itu,” paparnya
Ia menambahkan, pihaknya berjanji akan memantau langsung jalannya pemberian THR dan siap menerima pengaduan jika ada perusahaan yang nantinya tidak memberikan THR bagi karyawannya.
“Khusus karyawan yang dirumahkan, ada varian kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan tersebut. Salah satunya yang dilakukan oleh PT. AFU. Dimana, diberikan besaran 50 persen dari gaji yang diterima. Ini sudah ada kesepakatan dan tertulis di Dinas kami,” tegas Dwi.
Sementara itu, Komisi III memberikan rekomendasi terhadap para perusahaan dan Pemkot agar jangan sampai kecolongan terhadap pemberian THR kepada para karyawannya.
Menurut Ketua Komisi III, Agus Riyanto dirinya siap mengawal langsung dan menerima pengaduan jika nantinya ada pihak-pihak yang merasa dirugikan oleh perusahaan karena tak memberikan THR kepada karyawannya.
“Harus ada kesepakatan kedua belah pihak jika ada pemutusan kerja atau ada kebijakan karyawan yang dirumahkan disaat pandemi Corona ini. Kami meminta jangan ada kebijakan yang tak sesuai dengan aturan Kementrian Tenaga Kerja dan Pemerintah. Harus dibahas dan jangan sampai merugikan,” ujar Agus Riyanto.
Agus juga menegaskan pemberian THR merupakan hak setiap karyawan. “Harus ada kesepakatan kedua belah pihak dan jangan sampai merugikan. Kami minta Pemkot juga mengawasi langsung dan jangan sampai ada karyawan yang tak menerima THR,” imbuhnya.(tim)
