portalbromo.com – Berbagai upaya dilakukan Pemkab Probolinggo dalam mensosialisasikan penerapan protokol kesehatan, guna menanggulangi penyebaran virus Corona.

Terbaru terobosan yang dilakukan Pemkab Probolinggo, yakni dengan menerjunkan ‘Laskar Waras’. Laskar ini terdiri dari 5 orang unsur karyawan pemkab yang ditugaskan berjaga di Kantor Bupati Probolinggo.

Laskar Waras yang notabene berasal dari Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian (Diskominfo), aktif berjaga mulai Senin (24/8/2020). Laskar ini dibentuk dan dikukuhkan oleh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Probolinggo, Soeparwiyono.

Tugas khusus Laskar Waras, mengawal penerapan disiplin protokol kesehatan di lingkungan kerja OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) masing-masing. Mulai dari disiplin penggunaan masker hingga penerapan jaga jarak aman akan diawasi oleh Laskar Waras.

Dalam tugasnya, mereka memiliki hak penuh untuk mengingatkan, menegur dan memberikan tindakan bagi para pelanggar protokol kesehatan tanpa pandang bulu dengan dibekali senjata berupa pistol mainan berisi air.

“Tujuanya, selain untuk melindungi seluruh ASN dari kemungkinan paparan virus corona baik dari internal maupun eksternal, juga untuk menekan angka kasus Covid-19. Sebagai pelayan masyarakat, jangan malah jadi sumber penularan,” kata Sekda.

Dengan dikukuhkannya Laskar Waras, ia berharap Laskar Waras lain juga dibentuk di seluruh OPD, baik yang berada di lingkungan Kantor Bupati Probolinggo maupun di luar kawasan itu. Minimal 10% dari jumlah total karyawannya.

“Intinya adalah bagaimana kita mendisiplinkan seluruh personal internal kita maupun yang kita layani. Semoga terobosan ini membawa manfaat bagi kita semua,” harap dia.

Sementara itu, Kepala Diskominfo Kabupaten Probolinggo, Yulius Christian mengatakan, Laskar Waras yang dikukuhkan saat apel pagi itu akan menjaga ruang kerja dinasnya. Siapapun yang tepergok tak menggunakan masker, maka ia akan menjadi sasaran tembak.

“Jadi pastikan anda mengikuti protokol kesehatan bila di area Diskominfo. Bila tidak sebaiknya anda kembali bila tidak ingin ditembak laskar waras,” wanti Yulius.(hms/mr)

    Unlike alligatoroids, Deinosuchus retained the salt glands of ancestral crocodilians, enabling it to tolerate salt water, scientists reported Wednesday in the journal Communications Biology. Modern crocodiles have these glands, which collect and release excess sodium chloride.

    Salt tolerance would have helped Deinosuchus navigate the Western Interior Seaway that once divided North America, during a greenhouse phase marked by global sea level rise. Deinosuchus could then have spread across the continent to inhabit coastal marshes on both sides of the ancient inland sea, and along North America’s Atlantic coast.

    The new study’s revised family tree for crocodilians offers fresh insights into climate resilience in the group, and hints at how some species adapted to environmental cooling while others went extinct.

    With salt glands allowing Deinosuchus to travel where its alligatoroid cousins couldn’t, the terror crocodile settled in habitats teeming with large prey. Deinosuchus evolved to become an enormous and widespread predator that dominated marshy ecosystems, where it fed on pretty much whatever it wanted.
