Menunggu Putusan MK, KPU Kabupaten Probolinggo Rencanakan Tunda Penetapan Calon Terpilih Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Probolinggo

Probolinggo, Portalbromo.com – KPU Kabupaten Probolinggo rencanakan tunda penetapan perolehan kursi dan penetapan calon terpilih anggota DPRD kabupaten Probolinggo .

Jadwal penetapan perolehan kursi dan calon anggota DPRD kabupaten yang rencana sebelumnya akan di gelar tanggal 3 atau 4 Juni 2019 di perkirakan akan mundur.

Darso sala satu anggota KPU kabupaten Probolinggo menyampaikan, KPU kabupaten Probolinggo masih menunggu intruksi dari KPU propinsi tentang putusan Mahkama Konstitusi ( MK ) terkait wilayah kabupaten/kota yang mengalami Perselisihan Hasil Pemilihan Umum (PHPU).

“untuk penetapan perolehan kursi dan penetapan calon terpilih anggota DPRD kabupaten Probolinggo kemungkinan akan di undur, karena hingga saat ini kita belum menerima salinan dari KPU Propinsi apakah dalam putusan MK wilayah kabupaten Probolinggo memiliki PHPU”. Kata Darso saat di hubungi lewat seluler, Rabu 3/06/2019.

“Jadi kita masih menunggu salinan putusan dari MK, apakah kabupaten Probolinggo statusnya dalam pengajuan PHPU atau tidak, jika tidak dalam pengajuan PHPU maka besok langsung kita gelar penetapannya, tapi jika sedang dalam pengajuan PHPU maka kita menunggu hingga proses PHPU itu selesai, sampai sekarang kita belum dapat salinan putusan itu” jelasnya.

Di lansir dari CNN.com KPU bakal menghadapi 250 gugatan sengketa perselisihan hasil pemilihan umum (PHPU) Pileg 2019.

Komisioner KPU Ilham Saputra mengatakan gugatan itu berasal dari dua puluh partai politik dalam Pileg DPR dan DPRD.

“Total 250 perkara. Perkara tersebut merujuk pada provinsi yang digugat,” kata Ilham lewat keterangan tertulis pada Selasa (2/7).

Untuk persiapan menghadapi gugatan itu, KPU memanggil KPU daerah ke Jakarta. Mereka menggelar rapat persiapan dari Senin (1/7) hingga Kamis (4/7) (red*).

Untuk di ketahui, pada pemilu 2019 jumlah kursi yang di tetapkan untuk DPRD kabupaten Probolinggo sebanyak 50 kursi, jumlah ini naik 5 kursi jika di banding dengan pemilu 2014 sebanyak 45 kursi.

Perbedaan jumlah kursi berorientasi pada jumlah penduduk, di mana tahun 2014 jumlah penduduk kabupaten Probolinggo belum mencapai 1 juta jiwa, sedangkan di tahun 2017 jumlah penduduk kabupaten Probolinggo telah melebihi 1 juta jiwa.

Kepastian itu tertuang dalam lampiran Keputusan KPU RI nomor 278/PL 01.3-Kpt/06/KPU/IV/3018 tentang Penetapan Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) dan Alokasi Kursi Anggota DPRD Provinsi dan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota di Wilayah Provinsi Jatim, dalam Pemilu 2019. (Mr.)
