portalbromo.com – Sebanyak 20 orang pejabat struktural di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Probolinggo dilantik dan diambil sumpahnya oleh Wakil Bupati Probolinggo Drs. HA. Timbul Prihanjoko di ruang pertemuan Tengger Kantor Bupati Probolinggo, Jum’at (3/4/2020) pagi.

Pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah ini dihadiri oleh Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Probolinggo Andi Suryanto Wibowo, Inspektur Kabupaten Probolinggo Sigit Sumarsono, Staf Ahli dan Asisten, Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dan Camat di lingkungan Pemkab Probolinggo.

Sebagai upaya mencegah penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), pelaksanaan pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah jabatan ini menerapkan social distancing. Dimana tempat duduk antar peserta berjarak kurang lebih 2 meter dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan.

Sebelum masuk ruangan para peserta mencuci tangan dengan hand sanitizer dan pengukuran suhu tubuh serta menggunakan masker.

Pejabat struktural yang dimutasi terdiri dari 8 orang pejabat administrator (eselon III) dan 12 orang pejabat pengawas (eselon IV) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Probolinggo. Serah terima jabatan diwakili oleh M. Abduh Ramin dan Deny Kartika Sari sebagai Camat Gending. Selanjutnya M. Abduh Ramin akan menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Dalam sambutannya Wakil Bupati (Wabup) Probolinggo Drs. HA. Timbul Prihanjoko menyampaikan mutasi dan rolling ini adalah hal yang biasa dalam suatu organisasi pemerintahan karena merupakan tuntutan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap masyarakat.

“Semoga pelantikan ini dapat lebih memberikan motivasi kepada saudara untuk senantiasa berkiprah dan mengabdikan diri selaku ASN, sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi yang menjadi tanggung jawab saudara sebagai seorang pejabat,” katanya.

Menurut Wabup Timbul, jabatan yang diberikan harus disyukuri dan hendaknya dapat dijaga dan diimbangi dengan kejujuran, keikhlasan serta prestasi dalam bekerja. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu keseriusan, tanggung jawab moral dan komitmen bersama serta bekerja maksimal dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Probolinggo.

“Saya berharap kepada saudara-saudara dan segenap aparatur Pemerintah Kabupaten Probolinggo agar dapat meneguhkan niat dan tekad untuk menjadi teladan, baik dalam menjalankan tugas maupun sebagai anggota masyarakat,” jelasnya.

Bagi pejabat eselon III dan IV ini dan yang menjadi pucuk pimpinan satuan kerja, tentu dirinya harus mampu mengarahkan seluruh jajaran staf untuk melaksanakan program kerja.

“Saya mengingatkan para pejabat eselon III dan IV harus mampu membaca visi yang dikedepankan oleh pimpinan dan sekaligus harus memiliki kecakapan untuk merealisasikannya, karena itu dalam banyak hal, para pejabat eselon III dan IV ini tetap dituntut untuk menguasai hal-hal yang bersifat teknis,” terangnya.

Wabup Timbul menegaskan Pemerintah Kabupaten Probolinggo membutuhkan aparatur pemerintah yang mampu bekerja keras, bersinergi dengan masyarakat untuk melakukan percepatan pelaksanaan program yang telah direncanakan.

“Rotasi, mutasi ataupun promosi suatu jabatan merupakan bagian dinamisasi, proses penyegaran dan penyesuaian kebutuhan personil dalam organisasi birokrasi, akan selalu ada selama kebutuhan dan situasi organisasi menghendakinya. Dengan demikian hendaknya hal ini dapat kita lihat dan kita tanggapi secara wajar dan sebagai hal yang biasa,” pungkasnya.(wan/mr)
