portalbromo.com – Kecewa pola kerja pemasangan pipa gas bumi, warga kabupaten Probolinggo ancam demo kantor Jaringan gas (Jargas ) di Probolinggo.

Hal itu ditenggarai oleh warga yang jengah dengan tumpukan tanah galian yang membuat jalan terasa semakin sempit hingga menutupi akses ke toko milik warga.

Selain itu, pengerjaan pengurukan bekas galian dinilai asal jadi, bekas galian yang diduga ditutup asal-asalan tersebut menyisahkan banyak masalah, mulai rusaknya infrastuktur hingga sisa material yang berserakan.

Sebut saja Bang Ali, warga desa Pabean ini merasa geram, pasalnya tepat di depan toko usaha sablon nya sudah hampir dua bulan terhalang lubang dan tumpukan lumpur galian pemasangan jaringan gas.

“Dulu waktu mau menggali saya sudah saya minta untuk tidak pas di depan toko, gak taunya digali waktu saya libur, sudah hampir dua bulan kayak gini” Katanya, Kamis (5/8).

Berbeda dengan YL (40), warga komplek perumahan di Kalirejo Dringu tersebut enggan menunggu lama lagi, lubang galian Jargas di depan rumahnya Ia tutup sendiri, menurutnya sudah dua minggu mobilnya tidak bisa keluar karena terhalang lubang jargas tersebut.

“Dua minggu mobil tidak bisa keluar, sudah saya sampaikan ke pekerjanya untuk segera ditutup, akhirnya terpaksa saya tutup sendiri.” Ucap YL.

“Sampai sekarang di sebelah pintu gerbang masuk perumahan tidak ditutup, tapi pekerjanya sudah tidak ada” Lanjutnya.

Kamari SE, ketua umum J-MOP menanggapi polemik tersebut, menurutnya tata cara pemasangan tersebut sudah diatur dalam Ijin Pembangunan/Penempatan Jaringan Utilitas Pipa Gas Bumi.

Jika tidak sesuai dengan ketetapan yang dikeluarkan oleh Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Jawa – Bali, maka layak Disoal.

“Yang jadi masalah, jika belum siap dipasang, ya jangan digali dulu, semua kan sudah diatur dalam Ijin Pembangunan/Penempatan Jaringan Utilitas Pipa Gas Bumi. “Katanya.

“Setau saya di aturanya itu, bekas galian harus dikembalikan seperti semula dan tidak lebih dari satu hari, ini sampai berminggu-minggu sampai ada warga yang nutup sendiri” Lanjut Kamari.

Dalam hal ini, Pria aktif dipergerakan itu akan melayangkan surat pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Jawa – Bali.

“Kita akan kirim surat aduan pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Jawa – Bali, jika tidak mendapat respon, tidak menutup kemungkinan akan ada demo” Pungkasnya.
