portalbromo.com – Bertempat di Puri Manggala Bhakti, Selasa (4/1) dilaksanakan Launching e-BLUD dan Penandatanganan Berita Acara Kas BLUD tahun 2022 serta persiapan penyusunan laporan keuangan BLUD tahun 2021. Kegiatan ini untuk penggunaan aplikasi e-BLUD Kemendagri pada tahun 2022.

Selain itu, tujuannya adalah tujuan kegiatan ini sebagai persiapan pelaksanaan anggaran BLUD tahun 2022 sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang nantinya terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD). “Persiapan penyusunan laporan keuangan BLUD yang handal, valid, akuntabel dan tepat waktu serta meraih opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) yang ke-5 secara berturut-turut atas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo,” ucap Plt BPPKAD Yusron Sumartono dalam laporannya.

Penandatanganan dilakukan oleh Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati dengan Pimpinan Bank Jatim Cabang Probolinggo disaksikan Asekbang Setiorini Sayekti terkait Pemindahbukuan Kas BLUD dari rekening bendahara penerimaan puskesmas se- Kota Probolinggo dan UOBK RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh ke rekening kas BLUD pejabat keuangan masing-masing.

Enam kepala puskesmas itu diantaranya adalah Puskesmas Sukabumi, Puskesmas Kanigaran, Puskesmas Kedopok, Puskesmas Wonoasih, Puskesmas Ketapang, Puskesmas Jati dan Direktur RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh.

Sementara itu, Sekda Ninik menunjuk RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh agar regulasi-regulasi yang berhubungan dengan penerapan BLUD segera disesuaikan dengan aturan terbaru. “Kalau tidak salah lebih dari 10 regulasi atau peraturan wali kota yang harus disesuaikan dengan aturan permendagri terbaru. Saya minta tolong kepada BPPKAD, Dinkes dan RSUD untuk check list kembali regulasi-regulasi yang masih lama dan belum update sesuai dengan regulasi terbaru,” pintanya.

Sekda Ninik juga menegaskan pada BPPKAD dan jajarannya untuk segara menyusun master plan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Keuangan Daerah (LKPD) agar tidak mengalami keterlambatan seperti tahun lalu. “Karena akhir tahun kemarin, kita tidak ingin mengalami keterlambatan lagi sehingga mempengaruhi pembahasan APBD tahun 2022,” tegasnya.
