Pemkot Probolinggo Beri Bonus Ratusan Juta untuk Dua Atlet Prestasi di PON Papua

portalbromo.com – Nama Rindi Sufriyanto sudah tidak asing lagi di telinga warga Kota Probolinggo. Atlit Panjat tebing yang sudah meraih berbagai prestasi membanggakan dan membawa nama harum Kota Probolinggo ini diapresiasi oleh Wali Kota Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin. Dengan perwali no 121 tahun 2021, wali kota mengeluarkan kebijakan berupa pemberian bonus bagi atlit yang beprestasi.

Rinciannya, bagi yang meraih medali emas tingkat regional akan diberi bonus Rp 20 juta, untuk tingkat nasional Rp 40 juta dan tingkat internasional senilai Rp 100 juta. Sedangkan medali perak tingkat regional akan diberi bonus Rp 15 juta, tingkat nasional Rp 30 juta dan tingkat internasional senilai Rp 75 juta. Untuk medali perunggu tingkat regional akan diberi bonus Rp 10 juta, untuk tingkat nasional Rp. 20 juta dan tingkat internasional senilai Rp 50 juta.

Untuk itulah Rindi langsung memperoleh bonus dari Pemkot senilai Rp 110 juta, dengan rincian 1 medali emas tingkat nasional bonusnya Rp 40 juta, 1 medali perak tingkat nasional bonusnya Rp 30 juta, dan 2 medali perunggu tingkat nasional bonusnya Rp 40 juta. Ia memenangi untuk cabor panjat tebing kategori lead beregu, speed team relay, lead mix dan combined perorangan dalam Pertandingan PON XX Papua 2021, Oktober lalu.

“Saya pribadi sangat bersyukur dan senang sekali atas apresiasi dari Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo, rewardnya begitu besar. Belum lagi, sebelum tanding di PON kemarin Bapak Wali Kota juga memberikan dukungan moril kepada kami,” ungkapnya.

Menurut warga Kelurahan Sukoharjo ini, bonus yang diberikan Habib Hadi bisa menjadi spirit bagi atlit lainnya untuk mengukir prestasi dan membanggakan nama Kota Probolinggo. “Semoga kedepannya olahraga di Kota Probolinggo bisa terus maju dan berkembang. Para generasi muda bisa memberikan sumbangsih untuk kota ini melalui prestasi olahraga maupun di bidang lainnya,” harapnya.

Bonus tersebut diserahkan Wali Kota Habib Hadi saat menerima kunjungan Menko Pemberdayaan Manusia dan Kebudayaan Muhajir Effendy, 29 Oktober lalu. Termasuk atlit panjat tebing kedua yang meraih medali emas dalam Pertandingan PON XX Papua 2021 kategori Boulder Beregu. Muhammad Salim juga memperoleh bonus senilai Rp 40 juta.

“Terus berprestasi ya, bawa nama baik Kota Probolinggo. Ini medalinya ada 3, sehingga dijumlah bonusnya jadi besar,” ujar Habib Hadi mensupport kedua atlit panjat tebing itu.

Hal senada diungkapkan Kepala Dispopar Budi Krisyanto, menurutnya bentuk reward semacam ini menjadi motivasi tersendiri bagi siapapun warga Kota yang berprestasi sesuai dengan kemampuan anggaran pemerintah daerah. “ Semoga bisa bermanfaat dan dimanfaatkan dengan bijak, serta bisa ditelorkan kepada atlit yang lain ilmunya sehingga tercipta lebih banyak atlit berprestasi lainnya,” pungkasnya.
