Probolinggo, Portal Bromo – Selang sehari pasca dilantik menjadi anggota DPRD kabupaten Probolinggo, caleg terpilih dari daerah pemilihan 1 (Krejengan-Gending-Pajarakan-Dringu) kabupaten Probolinggo Reno Handoyo gelar pesta rakyat, Minggu (1/9).

Acara yang digelar pria yang sebelumnya bekerja sebagai sopir itu cukup menarik diikuti, pasalnya bisa dibilang pertama di kabupaten Probolinggo caleg menggelar pesta rakyat pasca terlipih sebagai anggota DPRD kabupaten Probolinggo.

Di gelar di halaman depan rumahnya, Oner ( panggilan akrab Reno Handoyo) memanjakan para simpatisan dan relawanya dengan dengan menu GEROBAK dan hiburan Musik Dangdut.

Dengan niat berbagi rejeki, Reno memilih kuliner PKL ( pedagang kaki lima ) yang biasa mangkal di sebagian jalan raya Dringu untuk melayani para tamunya. Sebanyak 7 gerobak dengan menu yang berbeda, Kupang, bakso, tahu telor, nasi jagung, tahu campur, nasi goreng dan banyak lagi.

Tumplek blek para simpatisan hadir memenuhi halaman depan rumahnya, tampak hadir juga beberapa tamu dari kalangam birokrasi pemerintah kabupaten Probolinggo turut meramaikan acara syukuruan tersebut.

Reno, pria yang dulu juga pernah nyambi sebagai loper koran itu menyampaikan, acara yang dimaknai pesta rakyat itu sebagai ungkapan syukur atas terpilihnya sebagai wakil rakyat di DPRD kabupaten Probolinggo.

” sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur atas dukungan yang saya terima. Selain karena ridho Allah, juga karena kekompakan teman- teman relawan dan simpatisan sehingga saya lolos sebagai wakil mereka di parlemen ” ucapnya.

Berbedah sehari sebelumnya, pasca di lantik menjadi dewan jum’at (31/8) pagi, pada malam hari di kediamanya juga telah gelar santunan untuk anak yatim. Menurutnya, rasa syukur terus dia ungkapkan, mengingat sebelumnya dia tidak pernah diprediksi akan lolos menjadi dewan.

“Saya sadar, saya berangkat dengan nilai dibawah dibanding dengan calon – calon yang lain, namun saya punya keyakinan, dan alhamdlillah berkat upaya dan keyakinan yang saya miliki, saya mendapat dukungan dari para relawan.” Lanjutnya.

“Tidak sampai di sini, saya ingin mereka terus mengawal kinerja saya, semoga saya benar – benar menjadi wakil yang amanah untuk mereka di parlemen” pungkasnya.(wm)
