Pada Rabu (16/5), Jajaran aparat Kepolisian Sektor Dringu Polres Probolinggo berhasil mengungkap dan menangkap pelaku kasus curanmor yang beberapa waktu lalu terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo.
Diiketahui bahwa aksi curanmor yang terjadi di Dusun Gal Gede Desa Tegalrejo Kecamatan Dringu tergolong agak nekat. Pelaku mengambil sepeda motor korban di dalam ruang tamu rumah, saat korban sedang tidak berada didalam rumahnya.
Aksi kejahatan itu menimpa Hepi (34) warga Dusun Gal Gede, Desa Tegalrejo, Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo pada Kamis (10/2/2022) lalu.
Sepeda motor milik Hepi, jenis Suzuki hilang ketika ditinggal korban di dalam rumah. Sepeda motor itu berada di ruang tamu rumah korban dengan kondisi kunci masih tergantung.
Kapolres Probolinggo AKBP Teuku Arsya Khadafi melalui Kapolsek Dringu, AKP Muhamad Dugel mengatakan, pengungkapan kasus pencurian ranmor ini merupakan atensi dan penekanan langsung dari Pimpinan (Kapolres Probolinggo) untuk menangkap pelaku curanmor yang marak terjadi di Kabupaten Probolinggo.
“Pengungkapan ini merupakan atensi dan penekanan Bapak Kapolres Probolinggo, terkait maraknya kejadian curanmor yang banyak meresahkan masyarakat, sehingga perlu diungkap” terang AKP Muhammad Dugel.
Penangkapan pelaku bermula usai Polisi mendapatkan laporan dari korban, lantas melakukan penyelidikan, olah TKP dan memeriksa beberapa saksi-saksi di tempat kejadian.
Kerja keras aparat Kepolisian berhasil mengantongi identitas pelaku. Ironisnya, pelaku adalah seorang perempuan, yang diketahui berinisial LW (23), warga Desa Kalirejo, Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo. Pelaku LW akhirnya ditangkap oleh jajaran Unit Reskrim Polsek Dringu dari tempat persembunyiannya di wilayah Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo.
“Dalam pemeriksaan, modusnya pelaku LW mencari sasaran saat korban tidak berada didalam rumah,” lanjut AKP Muhamad Dugel
Lebih lanjut, Kapolsek Dringu menambahkan bahwa pihaknya masih melakukan pendalaman dan penyelidikan lebih lanjut apakah kasus atau pelaku yang berhasil ditangkap ini mempunyai keterkaitan dengan aksi curanmor di sejumlah lokasi lain di Kabupaten Probolinggo yang akhir-akhir ini terjadi.
“Kami masih menggelar proses penyelidikan, saat ini, penyidik masih melakukan pengembangan dan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut kepada pelaku. Sementara pelaku diamankan di Mapolsek Dringu,” ungkap Kapolsek Dringu.
Jajaran Kepolisian Resor Probolinggo senantiasa mengimbau kepada warga masyarakat agar tetap waspada dalam menjaga harta berharga dan selalu menjaga lingkungan masing masing menjelang memasuki bulan suci Ramadhan ini.
“Mari kita lebih peduli dengan keamanan lingkungan di wilayah masing-masing dengan mengaktifikan kembali siskamling. Hal ini penting dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi masyarakat setempat,” pungkasnya.(mr)
