PORTALBROMO.COM – Niat hati ingin memperbaiki aliran listrik yang padam, Joni Hermanto pria asal Kelurahan Jrebeng Kidul Kota Probolinggo ini malah kesetrum hingga meregang nyawa. Pertama kali warga menemukan Joni dalam keadaan bergelantung pada sebuah gardu travo milik PLN setempat bertegangan 200 KV.

Diketahui dari seorang warga yang tak ingin disebut identitasnya mengatakan, Korban awalnya berniat memperbaiki aliran listrik yang mati. Kemungkinan, saat  memperbaiki jaringan dia tersengat listrik tegangan tinggi.

Warga yang melihat tidak berani berbuat apa-apa, karena lokasi korban sangat sulit dijangkau. Terlebih dalam posisi bahaya ada listrik tegangan tinggi yang mengalir. Selang beberapa waktu kemudian warga menghubungi petugas PLN.

Pada saat evakuasi berlangsung, petugas PLN mematikan travo terlebih dahulu guna menghindari bahaya. Proses evakuasi berjalan lancar,  dengan tali korban berhasil dievakuasi untuk diturunkan.

Fauzi salah satu petugas kesehatan PLN setempat mengatakan, bahwa korban bukan petugas PLN. Dirinya tidak tahu, yang jelas korban bukan teknisi resmi PLN, hanya saja korban terkenal sering memperbaiki listrik.

Saat dikonfirmasi media ini Kapolsek Kecamatan Wonoasih Kompol. Kuzaini menyampaikan, menurut penuturan beberapa warga korban sudah terbiasa menjadi tukang listrik di lingkunganya.

Diketahui sebelumnya, setelah di evakuasi, Jenazah langsung diserahkan kepada pihak keluarga untuk segera dimakamkan.(wn/mr)
