Entah aturan dari mana yang telah di buat oleh direktur rumah sakit ini, pasalnya ultimatum yang telah di keluarkan terkait dengan ke ikut sertaan karyawan mengikuti tes pegawai negeri sipil ini sudah menghambat karyawannya untuk meniti karir dan menyumbangkan segenap kemampuanya untuk bangsa dan negara.
“Sebenarnya banyak dari kami (karyawan RS Rizani) yang mau mengikuti tes CPNS, padahal kami ingin ada peningkatan jenjang karir kami, karena manajemen rumah sakit mengeluarkan ancaman kepada kami, banyak teman-teman yang tidak berani untuk mengikuti tes CPNS tersebut,”terang salah satu karyawan yang tidak mau di sebutkan identitasnya.
Untuk menggali informasi lebih jauh tentang larangan tersebut beberapa awak media mendatangi rumah sakit Rizani yang berada di daerah Paiton ini, namun sayang pihak menejemen rumah sakit tidak ada yang mau menemui.
“Maaf, direktur sedang ada dinas ke luar kota dan bagian humas sekarang sedang sibuk menangani medical cek,” jelas salah satu staf RS Rizani.
