Hal itu di sampaikan Sekjen AMPP ( Aliansi Masyarakat Peduli Probolinggo ) Kamari SE, Ia juga menyampaikan, menurutnya adalah kebijakan yang tidak mendidik jika terbukti Bromo View hotel memberikan pelayanan kepada pasangan bukan suami istri alias cinta semalam.
“Korban penipuan di Bromo View beberapa waktu lalu adalah tamu bukan pasangan suami istri, bagaimana mereka bisa chek in, saya rasa ini kurang mendidik, mengingat pemilik hotel masih keluarga mantan orang nomor satu di kota Probolinggo, tentunnya harus lebih hati-hati karena akan berdampak secara sosial, kata Kamari, Jumat (7/8).
“Kita akan kaji lagi ke dinas terkait tentang bagaimana aturan penunjang pariwisata di kota Probolinggo boleh beroperasi, apa hal yang terafiliasi ke tindak asusila seperti itu diperbolehkan” ucapnya.
Kamari juga menyayangkan cara hotel dalam pendataan identitas tamu, pasalnya atas kejadian si Mawar, pelaku ( Dany ) ternyata menggunakan identitas palsu saat memesan kamar di repsesionis.
” Memang tidak ada dasar hukum yang eksplisit mengatur tentang kewajiban seseorang untuk memberikan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (“KTP”) kepada resepsionis saat menginap di hotel.”
“Namun pemeriksaan identitas tamu wajib dilakukan sebagai salah satu bagian dari sistem manajemen pengamanan hotel, itu sudah diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia No.: PM.106/PW.006/MPEK/2011 Tahun 2011 tentang Sistem Manajemen Pengamanan Hotel (“Permen Pariwisata 106/2011”).” Jelas Kamari.
Sejauh ini pihak hotel belum memberikan tanggapan secara resmi, Manajer Operasinal Hotel Agus Tri dikonfirmasi menyampaikan akan berkoordinasi dengan pimpinan.
“Untuk tanggapan reami dari pihak hotel belum ada mas, kita akan koordinasi dulu dengan pimpinan” ucapanya melalui sambungan telpon.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, nasib sial menimpah Mawar (42 ) (nama samaran ) sepeda motor Honda Vario miliknya amblas dibawah kabur teman sekamarnya saat chek in di hotel Bromo View Ketapang Probolinggo, Senin (3/8) dini hari.
Dani teman sekamarnya yang membawa kabur motor milik Mawar merupakan pria dari hasil kenalan di media Sosial, hingga suatu hari keduanya berencana ke gunung Bromo, namun sebelum ke tujuan mereka memutuskan chek in di Bromo View hotel Ketapang Probolinggo.
Di situ nasib naas menimpah Mawar, setelah beberapa lama di kamar, Dani pamit keluar berdalih membeli makanan dengan mengendarai motor milik Mawar, hingga akhirnya tak pernah kembali.
