portalbromo.com – Usai libur lebaran, pejabat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo menjalani sejumlah rangkaian pengecekan kesehatan dalam Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (Posbindu) sekaligus Rapid Tes Antigen, Jumat (21/5) di Ruang Puri Manggala Bakti, Kantor Wali Kota.

Pengecekan kesehatan secara rutin ini juga digelar dalam rangka Hari Hipertensi Sedunia yang diperingati pada tanggal 17 Mei setiap tahunnya. Hipertensi merupakan istilah medis dari kondisi medis dengan tekanan darah tinggi. Kondisi ini dapat memicu berbagai komplikasi dan meningkatkan risiko penyakit jantung, stroke, hingga kematian. Oleh karenanya, hipertensi disebut-sebut sebagai salah satu penyebab umum kematian di dunia.

Plt Kepala Dinkes P2KB dr NH Hidayati mengatakan, siapa pun bisa terkena hipertensi. Beberapa faktor risiko yang memicu hipertensi di antaranya diet tidak seimbang dengan tingginya asupan garam, lemak jenuh, dan lemak trans, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, kebiasaan merokok dan konsumsi minuman berakohol, serta kelebihan berat badan.

Orang dengan riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga, lanjutnya, juga berisiko mengalami kondisi serupa. “Apalagi di suasana lebaran dalam masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini, kesehatan dari para pejabat ini perlu kita cek, untuk mengetahui statusnya terhadap Covid 19 dengan melakukan rapid antigen. Alhamdulillah hasil rapidnya semua negatif,” katanya.

Melalui posbindu yang diadakan Dinas Kesehatan Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (P2KB) itu diharapkan dapat menjadi skrining rutin terhadap penyakit tidak menular. Dimulai sekitar pukul 08.00, diikut 42 kepala perangkat daerah, termasuk Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati.

Pemeriksaan kesehatan itu sendiri meliputi pemeriksaan tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar perut, tekanan darah, cek kolestreol, asam urat, diabetes, konseling dokter, dan pemeriksaan rapid tes antigen.

Sekda Ninik yang ditemui usai pemeriksaan mengatakan, giat ini penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi kesehatan tubuh, pasca merayakan hari lebaran bersama keluarga.

”Lebaran, identik dengan menu makanen enak seperti opor, belum kue-kue kering yang menggoda selera. Saking menikmatinya, tanpa disadari tau-tau kolesterol naik. Seperti yang saya alami ini, tapi ini sekaligus jadi alarm untuk saya agar mulai ketat lagi ngontrol kesehatan tubuh kita, untuk kualitas hidup sehat lebih lama,” ucapnya.

Dokter Ike Yuliana dari Puskesmas Kanigaran, yang didapuk sebagai narasumber untuk memaparkan informasi seputar penyakit tidak menular pada para pejabat yang hadir, dalam kesempatan itu menyampaikan, dalam rangka pengukuran tekanan darah secara mandiri, Direktorat Pencegahan Penyakit Tidak Menular Kementerian Kesehatan RI menyelenggarakan “Gerakan Pengukuran Tekanan Darah Secara Mandiri” selama Bulan Mei 2021 melalui aplikasi http://cegahhipertensi.top. Aplikasi tersebut, ungkapnya, dapat membantu mengukur tekanan darah dan mengetahui kategori tekanan darah.(Son/mrh)
