portalbromo.com – Bertempat di Command Center, Senin (26/7) siang, Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo mengikuti Musrenbang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Tahun 2019-2024, acara dihadiri langsung Sekda drg. Ninik Ira Wibawati, Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Setiorini Sayekti, Ketua DPRD Abdul Mujib, Kepala Bappeda Litbang Tartib Goenawan, dan diikuti secara virtual oleh Kepala Bappeda Kabupaten Probolinggo dan Lumajang, Tim Penyusun Perubahan RPJMD dari Universitas Brawijaya, Kepala Perangkat Daerah se- Kota Probolinggo, Tokoh Masyarakat, LPM, Lurah.

Menurut Kepala Bappeda Litbang Tartib Goenawan, maksud dan tujuan giat ini adalah mendapatkan saran dan masukan-masukan guna penyempurnaan perubahan RPJMD Kota Probolinggo tahun 2019-2024.

Sebagai Narasumber tunggal Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Timur yang diwakili Plt. Kepala Bakorwil V Jember Benny Sampirwanto menyampaikan terdapat empat hal terkait akselerasi pertumbuhan dan pengembangan sektor unggulan.

“Kedudukan dan peran fungsi RKPD, kondisi eksisting IKU (rasionalisasi IKU), arah kebijakan pembangunan, serta rekomendasi,” jelasnya.

Sementara itu Sekda Ninik dalam sambutannya mengutarakan RPJMD merupakan Penjabaran dari visi misi dan program kepala daerah yang memuat tujuan, sasaran, strategi, arah kebijakan, pembangunan daerah dan keuangan daerah, serta program OPD yang disertai dengan kerangka pendanaan yang bersifat indikatif untuk jangka waktu lima tahun.

“Dalam hal ini RPJMD memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam menjamin proses pembangunan kota yang semakin terstruktur, terencana, terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan karena di dalam dokumen RPJMD tertuang kebijakan-kebijakan yang perlu ditempuh pemerintah kota dalam rangka membangun dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat,” tuturnya.

Artinya RPJMD ini merupakan pedoman yang digunakan oleh seluruh perangkat daerah khususnya di lingkungan Kota Probolinggo sebagai acuan dan dasar bagi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan kota di tahun 2019-2024.

Sekda Ninik berharap pelaksanaan musrenbang ini menjadi tahapan yang harus dilalui sebelum kami mengajukan draft peraturan daerah tentang RPJMD untuk dibahas bersama dengan DPRD.

“Dalam kesempatan ini saya berharap akan disepakati berbagai target, program, kegiatan serta pembiayaan yang realistis dan terukur berdasarkan baseline data yang ada,” harapnya

Selain itu, ia menuturkan akselerasi program dan kegiatan serta perencanaan pembangunan yang holistik, integratis, tematik dan sinergi serta penganggaran yang efektif dan efisien menjadi upaya untuk mewujudkan target kinerja yang telah ditetapkan walaupun di tengah kondisi pandemi.(de/mr)
